Welcome to La Residencia, two large bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows made in Italy are waiting for you! The orange room is equipped with a private bathroom, the yellow room is "children welcome": on request is organized with a tent for Indians, a table, chairs and armchairs for children! In the common area a wonderful swing is ready to cradle you. Two sofa beds are placed, one in the third bedroom and one in the living room, if necessary, ready for family and large groups!
The vacation home features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. With the nice bus to the beach

Schöne Wohnung mit großer Wind-und teils Sonnen- geschützter Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sollte doch etwas fehlen wird es sofort organisiert. Der Linenbus fährt alle 10 Minuten zum Strand und zurück unind ist das perfekte Verkehrsmittel. Ein Supermarkt ist 50 Meter entfernt

Casa funcional e staff super prestável

Fiquei na La Residencia por um mês e meio, com mais dois amigos a trabalhar remotamente para Portugal. A casa tem praticamente tudo o que é necessário para o dia-a-dia e o serviço de limpeza e manutenção funciona muito bem. A casa fica no meio de um bairro tipicamente mindelense, onde apenas vivem locais, o que foi óptimo para ter a experiência de viver como um cidadão de Mindelo. A casa fica a 15/20 min a pé da praia da Laginha, o que faz com seja boa também para passar férias nela com amigos/família. Obrigada a todo o staff pela amabilidade, Inês (e Nunos)
