They just renovated the hotel, so all the infrastructure is better, but the room still with smell, I slept with opened windows. The gym is really small. Maybe next time will be better.

Bom: o atendimento sempre foi muito bom, especialmente da Amanda, que me conseguiu uma mudança de quarto minutos depois que eu pedi, pois o quarto ao lado estava em obras e estava inviável ficar lá com barulho de furadeira e marteladas. O quarto é espaçoso, cama boa, chuveiro bom. Médio: café da manhã deixa a desejar. O banheiro tem xampu e condicionador de dispenser, o que é ruim, mas ao menos não é aparafusado na parede como se eu fosse roubar, como virou padrão nos hotéis executivos de baixo nível. Ruim: os banheiros cheiram mal, provavelmente por algum problema estrutural, pois estavam limpos. Pessoal bate na porta para perguntar sobre reposição de frigobar, atrapalhando o sossego. 15 reais uma água de 500ml. Sem noção: no último dia, enquanto estava no banho, os pintores simplesmente destrancaram a porta do meu quarto e tentaram abrir. Se não estivesse colocado a trava, teriam entrado no quarto enquanto eu estava no banho. Tenho por hábito deixar sempre travado e recomendo a quem não quiser ser importunado durante o banho ou outros momentos que faça o mesmo. Um completo absurdo.
