Horrível!!! No local, o quarto era misto homens e mulheres. Me ofereceram outro local, mas também era homens e mulheres no mesmo quarto. Tinha quatro pessoas que são funcionários e moradores do Hostel, sendo que dormem no mesmo quarto do hóspede!!! Uma dessas pessoas entrou para dormir no quarto, no meu primeiro dia com a lanterna do celular acesa, sendo que eu estava deitada, mas estava acordada, ela mexeu na minha bolsa, que estava no chão ao lado da cama e do armário. Como não tinha nada de valor, ela não pegou nada, mas fiquei apavorada e não conseguia dormir direito. Foram quatro noites mal dormidas!!!

Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência nesse hostel Quartos minúsculos com 3 triliches camas que não podemos nem se manter sentado. Não sabia que haviam triliches Pois não há espaço entre uma cama e outra. Não há armário suficientes para guardar os pertences, são 9 pessoas num quarto de jo máximo 12m2. Os pertences de todos ficam espanados por toda parte. Não há ar condicionado, é um calor infernal, e quando liga os ventilados e um barulho que não nos deixa dormir. O banheiro todos compartimentado, dividiram um banheiro minúsculo em 3. Enquanto você esta na ducha há pessoas usando a privada ou a pia. E horrível Vc nem consegue se enxugar direito de tao pequeno o espaço. Travesseiros sujos, foi a pior noite que passei em um hostel. Estou traumatizada. Nenhum ser humano merece esse lugar, por valor algum. Voces deveriam fazer uma inspeção antes de oferecer lugares como esse. Tive que pagar 1 hotel e sair desse lugar. Quero o reembolso. Conversei com 2 atendentes gravei toa a conversa so me ofereceram 10% para outra estadia. Disseram que nao podiam fazer nada por mim. Que historia é essa no primeiro problema que encontramos nao temos nenhuma assistencia? Sou cliente ha varios anos, me senti totalmente lesada. Não somos obrigados a ficar num lugar desses, so porque compramos 3 noites. Eu confieu na avaliação de que voces colocaram no Hoteis .com, fui enganada.Fui para 1 hotel no centro de Sao Paulo o unico onde consegui um quarto paguei 190,00 quem vai reembolsar esse prejuiz
