O apartamento é completo, novo, limpo e confortavel. Foi uma grata surpresa. Faltaram apenas 2 coisas no imovel, cobertas e um espelho de corpo inteiro. De resto a hospedagem foi ótima. Localização muito boa, e rua aparentemente segura, podem alugar sem medo.
MAS precisa melhorar a comunicação com os hospedes, fiquei 20 min sozinha na rua as 22h pois meus dados não haviam sido enviados para a portaria (que inclusive acredito que seja o maior problema do local e só por isso não vou dar 5 estrelas).
Toda vez que chegava de carro precisava parar o carro na rua (que nunca tinha vaga) e pedir para abrir o portão, uma mulher sozinha parada na rua escura e correndo risco. Solicitei ajuda via whatsapp com o gerenciamento da acomodação e até o momento não obtive retorno. Tirando essas situações, que acredito que podem ser facilmente resolvidas a acomodação é ótima.
