A estadia foi ótima. Único problema do ambiente são os barulhos internos e externos por causa da escada (que por sinal, é bem perigosa pois o corrimão foi mal projetado, e foi colocado no lado da parede, e não do outro lado para evitar riscos de quedas na subida e descida). Estabelecimento com boa localização, muitas opções de comidas e lazer e serviços aos arredores. Estação de metro razoavelmente perto do apartamento, mais ou menos 1,5km de andada. Atendimento na recepção foi muito boa, pessoal muito agradável e atencioso. Limpeza boa mas poderia ser melhor, meus amigos que tem rinite sofreram muito por causa da poeira e da limpeza não tão boa do ar condicionado...

flat agradável, foi informado que havia duas vagas de garagem, porem não foi informado que uma das vagas seria fora....carro ficou na rua, na chuva, no tempo, sem cobertura...... aparelho elétricos com tomada de 3 pontas e as tomadas com duas entradas, enfim, faltou adaptador.....ainda bem que minha filha levou .....a geladeira esta com a borracha mole....varias vezes abria a porta sozinha, dificultando gelar os alimentos......havia 2 taças de vinho disponíveis....seria interessante ter um abridor de vinho, pois normalmente não se leva esse item na mala...mesmo que ele ficasse preso com cordão de aço para não ser roubado....quanto aos aparelhos eletrônicos disponíveis, a TV não era Smart....acredito que hoje em dia as TVS precisam pegar internet diretamente ou via Apple Tv ou similar.....pouco resolve aparelhos de DVD, ou similares......faltou pano de prato para secar a louça.....senha da internet anotada ( pois depois de uma determinada hora, já não consegui que minhas msg fosse visualizadas pelo responsável pela estadia, para poder tirar as duvidas)......a localização do prédio é ótima.....conheço a área, foi uma experiência muito positiva e espero ter deixado as dependências do duplex em condições favoráveis tb

Procure outro lugar.

Local bem precário. Depende do que vc procura. Flat, sujo Fiquei uma semana, nào tem um cabide. Cortina pendurada, a claridade invade o local logo cedo. Implorei uma limpeza nada. Não tem um pano de prato. Geladeira com porta quebrada. Não gela. Vc precisa deixar a chave do seu carro pra manobra, quem faz o porteiro que como a faxineira e o zelador, não tem muita disposição. Pia do banheiro entupida. O local tem uma escada de ferro. A noite é muito barulhento. O valor, não e "baratinho" é compativel com a redondeza. Então pense bem. Pois as malas vão ficar no chão. Tb não tem muitas coisas perto como restaurante e etc. Vc vai precisar de carro.

Boa relação custo/benefício

O apartamento é grande, com cozinha com alguns utensílios, como cafeteira, panelas e talheres. O apartamento é alto (equivale ao 14 andar), localização excelente, boa relação custo benefício. A empresa que gere o aluguel do flet é bem atenciosa. Somente tive pequenos problemas na hospedagem como pouca água quente(somente no primeiro dia) e barulho do vizinho, a parede tem isolamento mas a escada de metal que faz muito barulho. Recomendo esse flet para quem precisa de uma boa localização e bom preço. Na minha avaliação somente vale apena quando o preço da hospedagem estiver entre 30 a 40% mais barato que os hotéis em volta.
