Everything at Apê was great. The only thing I didn't find convenient is having to rent a pot! There should be a frying pan and a small pot to boil water for coffee at least. But honestly everything else was just excellent and the staff was amazing

Windows completely dirty where I was able to write on them. Poor communication. Sent lobby a message about an issue with the toilet, a with the tv via their preferred method (WhatsApp) and they never answered either. I went down to the lobby to get someone from maintenance to come fix them. The curtains did not fully block the light coming through the windows, an even though I love the floor to ceiling windows, it was extremely bright as they did not block all the light coming in. Lastly, the room has pretty much no sound barrier as you can hear everyone from the street outside of the other customers in the hallway, an keep in mind that I was on the 9th floor, so to hear people from down the street is because those windows did not block anything.

Pros: Staff was very helpful. Air conditioning works. Cons: The sinks were made of IKEA furniture. The pictures online look amazing but once you’re physically in there, you’ll notice a myriad of small issues that contribute to an overall meh experience. I will say, however, that it’s in an incredible location. Easily walkable to all sorts of places nearby with zero issues in terms of safety or distance. Also, no amenities. If you want to wash your clothes, do it at the mall. 5 min walk. All in all, not a great place, but the walkability of everything is pretty spectacular. Guess that’s why it’s called Apê.

A estadia foi boa, as meninas da recepção foram super atenciosas e tentaram ao máximo acomodar o meu early check in. O studio não era ruim mas poderia ter sido melhor. Não estava tão limpo. You definitely get what you pay for here. The photos in the listing are quite misleading—what looks like a bright, spotless property in the pictures is, in reality, a 3-star experience at best. The location is excellent, and the check-in staff was fast and efficient, but that’s where the positives end. The building is old and poorly maintained. The studio is a decent size, and the bed was comfortable, but the amenities are lacking, and the towels and linens were subpar. The bathroom was tiny, run-down, and noisy, adding to the overall disappointment. There’s a convenient store downstairs, which is a plus, but be aware that the actual condition of the property doesn't match the polished, filtered images online. For the price I paid, I didn’t expect luxury, but I do think the photos should more accurately represent the property’s current state.
