Péssima experiência

Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. Já fiquei em outro hotel da rede, inclusive na mesma época do ano, e não tive do que reclamar, mas dessa vez escolhemos outro hotel para conhecer mesmo, e fiquei muito decepcionada. Filas imensas pra tudo, sem estrutura para essa quantidade de hóspedes. Sem falar que levamos 1 hora para conseguir subir no elevador para entrar nos quartos, quando conseguimos finalmente chegar, não tinha toalhas e as camas nao estavam feitas, deixaram lençóis para nós mesmo arrumar as camas. Achei o cumulo. Depois tentei ligar na recepção para pelo menos pedir as toalhas e o recepcionista foi mal educado, grosso, e falou que eu teria que ir buscar pq estava com muita gente fazendo check in. Entao depois de ficar 1 hora na fila para conseguir pegar o elevador para chegar no quarto, eu teria que descer para buscar as toalhas? Pensa numa completa insatisfação, sem falar em todos os outros acontecimentos que ficaria aqui escrevendo por horas. Enfim, resumo minha experiência como péssima, ah, sem falar que o quarto estava com sujeira no chao, edredons úmidos, ... melhor parar por aqui. Quem sabe sirva de exemplo para eles se estruturarem melhor, pq eu não volto mais.

Só para dormir que foi um tormento!

O apartamento tem um tamanho otimo Para usar a churrasqueira da sacada foi cobrado 40,00 de taxa de limpeza e mais 60,00 pelo aluguel do kit churrasco (grelha, faca e taboa) Mas o que foi horrivel foi para dormir!! O sofa cama é a mesma coisa de dormir no chao! Horrivel demais!! E a cama de casal, o colchao todo torto! Muuuuito horrivel!!! O Hot Beach e a vila guarani é maravilhoso!!

Segunda vez que me hospedo. Achei que não tinha dado "sorte" na primeira vez. Chuveiro frio na maior parte dos dias (segundo um funcionario estão com problemas nos aquecedores. Olimpia é uma cidade quente. Mas odeeeeio banho frio. Recreação ruim para as crianças. Comida ruim. Alimentos são guardados de um dia para o outro. Pãozinho no café da manhã duro. Nossa. Essa experiência não vale R$0,01.

Só vale a pena devido ao acesso ao parque.

Fiquei no apartamento 1205, tem uma goteira bem na porta de entrada do apartamento, tem um pó branco no apartamento que não da pra saber de onde é, e que atacou a rinite da família toda. Devido a experiências anteriores, só pegamos as diárias com café da manhã, tudo muito simples e sem sabor, as maquinas de café são horríveis, os omeletes duros que parecem um plástico, a salsicha e a calabresa são de péssima qualidade. Vila Guaraní é tudo muito caro, mas pelo menos é gostoso com exceção do cachorro quente que é muito ruim. Dentro do parque as comidas são mais saborosas, mas também com o preço muito alto. No hotel e no parque tem lugar específico para fumantes, porém eles não respeitam e ninguém fala nada. Recreação no hotel é uma brincadeira na beira da piscina que dura uns 40 minutos e ainda sim só para crianças até 8 anos, para maiores que isso, não tem nada.

Pessimo atendimento, quarto desconfortável, banheiro com mosquitos, sofá cama praticamente uma táboa, comida com sobras do dia anterior. Comida fria. Fui pegar um pão no café da manhã e tinha um pão mordido junto aos demais. Não repunham a comida. Salada seca, alface com manchas pretas. O cogumelo do buffer só continha água, parecia uma lavagem. Recepcionistas péssimos e mal humorados. Serviço horrível, má vontade em atender. Pessima experiência. Não tem carrinho para transportar malas. Check in, Check out sem estruturas, levamos 1:30 para fazer o Check out. Os elevadores não comportam o tanto de hóspede. Não tem serviço de quarto. Parque com poucas atrações e tudo muito caro.

Ótimo complexo de lazer

Hotel muito bom, fácil acesso ao parque Hot Beach e próximo ao Thermas (indo de carro). Ótimos shows e lanchonetes na Vila Guarani (ao lado do hotel). Ótimo café. A única coisa chata desse tipo de hotel é o pessoal tentando vender propriedades/clube do complexo. Muito recomendado para famílias.
