The staff went above and beyond in making sure that me, my husband and my parents were very comfortable! Breakfast as always is delicious so make sure you include that in your stay! I totally recommend anyone to stay at Imperador Hotel when visiting Santos!

Courteous and Attentive Staff

My experience was largely positive. There was a rich array of choices for breakfast. Though the hotel is generally maintained clean, a change of the red carpet on the hallways will improve its score on cleanliness. I found the staff to be responsive, friendly and courteous.

When nothing works

Room wasn't ready, air conditioner didn't work and partial sea view was more like facing the building's next door bathroom. Worst place I've yet to visit.

Great for a beach vacation

This hotel is located a ways away from the centre of Santos but you will find everything you need within walking distance. The main plus for this hotel is the location. The beach is right across the street and it is beautiful! Hotel is ok, nothing special but perfect for a beach vacation on a budget. The room is small and bathroom needs an update but it worked for us. You get what you pay for. The breakfast is fantastic and the front desk staff spoke good English. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.

Nice Location, Good break first and good staff

The hotel is located close to sea beach, the location is excellent and accessible by Bus...You can go for walk to the sea beach. Staff are also very nice and rooms are clean. Single rooms are ok if you are travelling alone..For two person it would be small. the ambiance is good and you will get good break first in the morning.
