Apartamento bem localizado, próximo a vários locais de compras, restaurantes e shoppings. Fizemos os deslocamentos nas redondezas a pé, mesmo a noite, apesar de visualmente não parecer muito seguro e não tivemos problemas. Quarto bem limpo, confortável e com um banho bem quentinho. O único inconveniente do quarto é que as janelas são lacradas, impedindo a circulação de ar.

Pontos positivos: sensação plena de segurança tanto local quanto na redondeza. Atendimento na recepção, cama confortável, ar condicionado e chuveiro sensacional. Pontos negativos: cobertor, não tive coragem de usa-lo, um cheiro ruim muito forte. Não possui tomada 110v ou 127v somente 220v. Tive problemas para carregar o celular.

A localização é perfeita, tem o melhor preço da região, com acomodações bonitas e aconchegantes. Segue o estilo de flat, que preza pela autonomia e privacidade do hóspede. Único ponto negativo é que o quarto que aloquei demonstrava ter janelas, não havia sinalização na descrição de que haviam opções sem janela, acredito que poderia estar melhor descrito/sinalizado.
