Staff was very friendly at check-in and excellent at providing directions for getting around the island. Hotel is well kept and very clean. I was sharing a room with my sister and while the bed may have been a little small for the two of us, it was otherwise comfortable. The rooms were functional and well equipped with blankets, easily accessible outlets and a fridge. Bathrooms seemed as if they were recently updated. Although we did not have the chance to enjoy the pool, it was very nicely set up and furnished with modern loungers. The walk to the bus stop for all public transportation is about 10-15 minutes depending on your pace of walking. The hotel is very close to the airport (less than a 10 minute drive). Therefore, if you are able and traveling lightly, I recommend just walking instead of paying 15 euros for their transportation service.

Awesome location. Desk staff seemed tired when we arrived, but understandably with busy season and hot weather. Breakfast was okay, eggs seemed like they had been sitting there for hours, but I guess you get what you pay for? Room was a lot smaller than pictures show, but that seems to be an accepted thing these days? Location is awesome and what's not to love about Santorini anyways! Thanks for having us.

We were told by Pension Livadaros that we would be picked up at the airport and no one showed up. I indicated that we would arrive pass midnight, shared my itinerary and I was confirmed that it was ok, that regardless we would be picked up and checked in. We took a taxi and paid 20 euros and when we arrive there was no one here for check in. As of now we are in the reception, sitting down on the floor hoping for someone to show up. Here is 1.30am. Please refund all money paid plus taxi fee. This is the worse experience, I am with my husband, mom and child.

Great value but far from the center of Santorini

A comfortable room at a great value! While this hotel is a hike (30 min) from the main part of Santorini, it's a fantastic value for the price and remains a good option for a non-romantic trip to this lovely island. Most people tend to stay along the Caldera in a resort, but this hotel is in the 'burbs and still has a pool, very comfortable rooms, and a generally friendly staff.

Good value for money.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, facilities ok, didn't have tea/coffee maker in room as described on hotels.com! Had to ask for kettle and had to drink tea and coffee out of glasses! Good wifi connection, aircon, fridge etc. Room cleaned everyday, staff pleasant and helpful. Some furniture items are a little tired. But all in all very good value for the price!

Great location and helpful staff

The women who owned this hotel were so incredibly helpful! We took a shuttle from the port straight to the hotel and when we arrived, the owners ordered us an ATV on the spot and had it delivered to our room within 15 minutes! The breakfast was inexpensive and delicious! There is wifi in the lobby/outside area, which was really nice, even though it didn't work in the rooms. The pictures o not do this place justice- it is way cuter in person and is decorated with the volcanic stone of the island and lots of little details everywhere. Great location- close to Thira, but also in the middle of the island so it is not too long of a drive to either end of the island. Great stay and would definitely recommend to other people!

Value for money off the main sites with nice pool

Family run cozy pension, renovated lately. Daughters Anna and Maria take good care of guests. Breakfast by the pool was a pleasure. Ps. I recommend to rent ATV via hotel, best way to go around the whole island.

All outside light was broken we had to walking in the dark and we re staying 3rd floor u must take outside stairs bathroom shower head was missing gave us little hand soap only owner charged us 17 euros to took us back to airport about. 6 miles ! We won't be back

Great Pension Hotel

We would definitely recommend Pension Livadaros. It was very clean, bedding changed and rooms cleaned almost everyday. The pool was very good a always clean. The family are lovely people and can't do enough for you. We will stay there again on our next visit to Santorini.
