Excelente hotel para una estadía en Santorini , buena ubicación, gran recepción por parte del personal que es amable y te facilita todo y vistas increíbles. Totalmente recomendado.

El personal es increíble, la recepcionista y las señoras de las limpieza, todas muy lindas, simplemente vimos otros hoteles por la zona con mismo precio y un poco mejor, debes checar tus opciones, sin embargo volvería aquí solo por la buena atención del personal

Deception!!!...they offer nothing, very expensive

The only good thing is the girl at the reception, very kindly and helpfull. The Hotel is really expensive for what it is. It is ubicated in an awful area, have to walk a long stair to reach the reception and the room with the luggage with nobody to help. Offers no shampoo, no water, beds not confortable and no breakfast for the expensive price, breakfast is offered for an extra charge but it is not recommendable, the room is really small and the bathroom smaller too. Not confortable, Difficult to have a good shower. We spent 4 night at Santorini, and stayed 2 night in this hotel and then decided to go to an hotel at Perissa where we find a beatifull 4 star hotel with breakfast included in front of the beach for the same price than Hotel Thira. For half the price you can rent a room in a 3 star hotel at Perissa and rent a car to move around the island (every thing is really near)....just for the same price than a night at Hotel Thira!.

Even prior to our arrival Eva from the reception desk was helpful with arranging transfer from the port and to the airport. The room was perfect for my daughter and I (we selected the triple room as we each wanted our own bed as we were already together 24/7 x 7 days ☺️). It is luxery level but it was clean and comfortable and everything we needed. Joy prepared a delicious breakfast (add’l $10) made to order plus buffet items that we took advantage of the morning that we were hiking from Fira to Oia. Eva was also helpful answering all of our questions and providing recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. would stay here again and make time to use the pool next time.

It was okay but not great. Good location for the area but extremely expensive transportation to and from the property and they didn’t advise us we could have caught a bus for the fraction of the price, I would assume they are probably getting a kick back of $$ from these “private drivers”

The most beautiful hotel with honestly, the best staff ever, they were so kind and lovely, it really made our holiday! The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast is great, there is ample space to relax and the pool is perfect. You can see a Santorini sunrise from the hotel too!

Bom preço. Café à parte. Bem localizado

Bom preço, mas não fica do lado da cratera. Muito próximo de tudo. A piscina é bem cuidada. Tivemos um pequeno problema com agua quente mas que foi prontamente resolvida pela Eva. Extremamente resolutiva e simpática. 700 metros do ponto de ônibus que te leva para toda ilha. O centro histórico e restaurantes de Thira ficam a poucos metros. Muito conveniente.

Best staff I've ever had in a hotel

Amazing trip at Hotel Thira with two girl friends. Eva in particular made the experience, she is loveliness personified. Room was a decent size and spotlessly clean. Lovely pool area, although it isn't the biggest and sometimes there weren't sun loungers available. We generally did a half day activity every day and then half a day pool time though and we were fine. There isn't a bar on site but there is a mini market a few minutes' walk away, and Fira and Firostefani are both very close. It would be great if they had a mini fridge with chilled bottles of water available to purchase though, or even a vending machine, as you cannot drink the tap water in Santorini. Overall would recommend, the hotel only has ten rooms or so and is family-owned.

Beautiful cosy hotel close to everything

Very beautiful, clean and charming hotel in Fira. Nice swimmi g pool and super pleasant terrase 2 minutes from everything and still peaceful, fresh and with beautiful sights. With Tony and his team, Eva super-service minded in the reception, and Joy serving breakfast this is a highly recommendable place if you visit Santorini.

Very friendly and hospitable hotel. Location is close and walkable to main town square in Fira which is where all the restaurants, bars and shops are - this is great as it’s close to all the action while located in a quiet/non busy area. Only downside is the shower was quite small and hard to use, easy to get water everywhere. There is also a scooter/ATV rental place run by the same family which makes it super convenient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Great value, location, staff and experience.

This hotel has nice open view of city and ocean from far. Safe and quiet. A 15 minutes walk to city center. Lots of restaurants options 10 minutes aways. 10 minutes walk away from beautiful site seeing path overlooking the ocean. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is big and spotless. Price is reasonable comparing to the area. I definitely stay there again.
