The cave house is really cute, dug right into the hillside. We visited at a cooler time of year, but I would expect that in the heat of summer this would be a deliciously cool accommodation. It's an easy walking distance to the main spots in the main Santorini town of Fira. This means that getting around on local buses, accessing shops and services, admiring the stunning caldera views from the cliff top, etc., are all easy and nearby. The house itself has a lovely view from a tiny terrace (just room for two to sit) down the outer slopes of the island to the sea on the east side. Overall, great value, well located on an amazing island.
