The area is nice spot , but I rent with 6 bed , 2 washroom, o got other apartment with 5 bed and 1 washroom, for groups was not convenience . We was supose to have basic stuff , as paper toilet , shampoo , thing for kitchen was no the case . Blanket was dirt we need to was when we arrive almost everything , the bed matresse are really hold . I need to have someone sleep on the coutch at 30 degree no AC , and fight all night for have extra bed sheet for the living room . The pot for cook was really not on condition . Swimming pool was say 24h and we have acces only until 9pm . We have also no hot water , no internet , Was not what we expect base of what we rent

Family Stay

Checking-In was good. Apartment was cleaned upon arriving, however we had to wait past the 4pm check-in. The apartment needs to be renovated. Kitchen and bathrooms. The AC went off at 2am and it got insanely hot. Our family of 7 all woke up. Only bedroom AC's (3) were on. Our last day in the afternoon the AC went of while we were cooking lunch. It was a few hours, and extremely uncomfortable especially since we were using the stove. We love the location of Boca Del Mar....close to the beach, farmacia across the street, supermarket up the block. Apartments are small for 3 bedrooms but our family is close and my kids stay entertained with their phones anyway.... Wifi was very spotty, worked and did not work. I did not bother because I had my own mobil wifi. I suggest for travel.

Check in durch Security Schlüsselübergabe ,sehr schmutziges aber großes Appartement m1refnseh ging 2 weitere nicht wlan Code aufm recifer Schmutzige Handtücher kein tolettenpapier Duschgel etc…. In der Beschreibung steht was anders suchen 3 Pools wird geredet 1 Pool vorhanden sehr schmutzig mit Haaren etc… Kleinkinder ohne schwimmwindel im Wasser sagt ja alles 1 er von 2 Liften über 5 Tage defekt Fitnessstudio defekte Geräte
