Julio is super and answers quickly. Access was tricky just because my map app (Google and Apple) were having trouble with the address. THe apartment is very nice. My only issue is the lack of coffee and/or tea and some basics like olive oil, salt/pepper etc. for those who actually want to prepare food. I see this in about 1/2 of the rentals i take - and that makes a huge difference. I guess the owners worry about theft of these incidentals? In any case nice apartment.
