Nice apartment..receorion didnt speak English but we managed to get by ..at the time in Santiago there was political protests happening and the area was a little unsafe but apartment perfect and swimming pool lovely

Probably one of the cleanest apartments I've seen, it was spotless. Fast and efficient check in, the key was at the front desk with instruction on how to arrange payment. The apartment is pretty bare but functional. The biggest drawback is the noise: there's a major construction site right in front of the building and from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., it's so noisy that you can't even have a conversation in the apartment. Old buildings are being demolished and a new tower is underway, so it's likely to last months. Something to keep in mind... the place is okay for a day or two but it's hard to rest and relax. The property owner was very defensive when I mentioned the noise--I understand it's not her fault (and I wasn't blaming her!) but it's a major issue.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very basic but in a central location and within walking distance to many sights and airport bus (approx. 1/2 to airport). The rooftop pool area was great!

I already paid in advance accommodation fee of ¥8858. They ask me 19%tax. I gave them my copy of documents and card number, then deduct US$ 63.64 of total amount without telling how much before, which supposed to be only tax. Can I expect Expedia to return the amount you already deducted from my bank account through credit company? Tell me how this situation will be settled. Ian

Never again! They tried to charge us for parking for two days when we were only there for one night, not to mention that nothing on their site even mentioned a charge for parking. The room was just marginally clean, like when one of my teenagers "cleans" his room! The towels were threadbare and stained, and it appeared the sheets were either badly stained or had not been washed and changed in a while. The mattress was old and very lumpy, so we didn't get a good night's rest. The final straw was when we were told we would be visited by someone from the "internal revenue service" at 9 am, so I needed to be ready to prove I'm an American and therefore exempt from the nearly 20% hotel tax, even though I used Expedia to book the room, my American credit card to pay for the room (i. e., I paid in US dollars, not Chilean pesos!), and I also showed my passport and immigration paper upon arrival!

Great apartment, great value

The apartment is nice and has all the facilities you would expect for a serviced apartment. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, a good size and very clean and I was provided with clean towels on the day of arrival and after 2 days, an u expected and nice touch. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my time in the apartment. The internet wasnt functioning for the first half day but after that it was reliable and extremely fast! Great value for money and I would certainly stay again

The whole place is excellent and perfect if you want a sense of 'your own place' right in the heart of the city. Help is right there if you need it from all the very helpful and friendly reception staff, who are not 'there for the accommodation' but rather for managing the whole building/residents/etc. All the residents were very friendly in the typical Chilean way too. The accommodation had the perfectly equipped kitchen and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooftop terrace views and set up for lovely dinners (cooked ourselves but taken up the one flight of stairs) was an incredible bonus even without it being pool season yet. Highly recommend this place and will use it again for sure.

We booked a 2 bedroom unit for 4 nights but were checked into a 1 bedroom. The administrator tried to rectify things but they couldn't offer us a 2 bedroom unit until the last 2 nights. One of us had to sleep on the sofa. The rooms were very simple, Mattresses, towels, bedding are all very old and the beds were uncomfortable. The area has no great attractions and not in a good part of Santiago Pay a bit extra and get a better room in a better location

Great rooftop pool

The apartment has a 24 hour reception, and we were met by a lovely helpful lady who showed us our room and explained the facilities. She is on hand every afternoon for questions if needed. The pool area is great and gets the sun all day to 7 pm albeit very crowded on Sunday and to our disappointment was closed all day on Monday for maintenance....very annoying. Room small but comfortable. Could have done with a couple of deep bowls for the microwave use. Generally a good choice with mini markets and restaurants close by. A 15 minute walk to the main shopping area.

This was not a luxury experience. I rented the studio because I wanted to have a bit more space and make use of the kitchen, however the fridge didn't even work (only the freezer), and it was a very basic set up; no washing up liquid, kitchen towels, etc. The lights in the bedroom and bathroom started to flicker after 30 minutes. It also wasn't very clean. It hadn't even been mopped, there were dirty footprints all over the kitchen when I arrived and the counter also had food stains on it. It was also a little misleading because the pool was advertised but when I arrived I was told that it is only open during the summer months.

Nice apartments. Privately owned -owner lady was waiting for me in a lobby; she is there daily between 11-6 pm, sitting on a couch (she must own a lot of apartments). Clean room and kitchen. Reliable and fast WIFI, reasonably priced. In the middle of all actions, (near University of Santiago), so most people round are students. Right in the center of Santiago. 20 Minutes walk to AEROPORTO shuttle. Everything is exactly as pictured. Overall - Recommend.

Apartment was clean, but the towels were absolutely filthy. Received a letter in broken English with instructions to pay, so I did, then two days later a lady showed up and asked me to pay again. I told her I already had but she kept insisting I pay her. It wasn't until I showed her my receipt that she accepted and left promptly. Either they're trying to do one over on their guests, or they just have really poor communication amongst one another, as she left saying "I know nothing, I know nothing". WiFi was fast though and the view was pretty cool too, as the apartment was on the 17th floor. The pool area on the roof is lovely too.

Skip this place, run, run.

We arrived and the staff at the front desk said, no Spanish? We only speak Spanish. A lady approached and said, she was there to help us. Took the envelope from the rude desk fellow, took us to the room and with a portable Credit card machine, we paid for our three nights stay. Morning of our last day we receive our check out envelope and thankfully Imopened it and checked our receipt. The hotel had charged our on file credit card as well as the one we gave the check in lady. I emailed her and she said she would stop by and clear this up. I emailed her later in the day. Where was she? No response. I emailed her and said we were having our credit card companies cancel bothe charges unless someone showed up at our apartment. No one came. DO NOT STAY HERE. THE FRONT DESK FOLKS ARE NOT HELPFUL AND WILL NOT SPEAK ENGLISH OR EVEN TRY TO,HELP.

Convenient clean quiet place
