Hola No me gustó ya que desde el primer día todo estuvo mal. Ej: jabón, shampoo y acondicionador vacíos, informé y un día pusieron uno, al siguiente día otro y me tocó a mí bajar para que me dieran el tercero (el acondicionador). La habitación olía mal, asumo que la alfombra tiene mucho que ver en esto, el baño olía a cañeria, la ducha siempre que la "limpiaban" la dejaban con pelos y hay moho en las esquinas (opte por no aceptar las "limpiezas" algunos días). No me gustó nada, pensé que al informar esto me harían cambio de habitación ya que me estaba quedando más de 7 noches, pero no, decían "lo arreglaremos" y al final preferí callarme ya que me siento incómoda de tener que pedir cosas básicas al uno hospedarse. En fin, no repetiría tampoco recomendaría. Calidad precio no es compatible.

Good expctation but the end

I had high expectations, but what happened on the last day marked my stay. I forgot my GoPro inside the locker with all the videos from our trip. I contacted the hotel, but they initially informed me they hadn't found it. I requested the hallway video from my floor. They replied me that found the camera, but I've been contacting them for 15 days, and each day there are more difficulties in getting it delivered. My family stay lasted from July 22nd to 29th, 2025. I'm losing hope of getting it back.
