Fantastic apartment, amazing view, great space and design. Walk to/from town is a steep slope, so walkers need to be fairly fit. Great place for a sunny holiday!

Amazing place, everything is as nice as in the pictures. I will definitely go back there again. The only thing I would improve is a few more towels. Beautiful apartment and an amazing view

Simply Stunning

Excellent stay at Crystal , the apartment was prepared for our arrival which was slightly earlier than check in time. It was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could wish for to make your stay enjoyable. The views are incredible over to the Los gigantes cliffs and out over La Gomera (amazing sunsets) . The concierge team (Wendy and Natalia) were superb and nothing was too much trouble.

The location at the top allows to experience amazing views…..even when having a shower :) The apartment outside space is great. The only think which wasn’t to my liking was the bed mattress being too hard but I will return there happily.

Everything is beautiful as always here. My third time staying. I knew about the ongoing works to crystal 2 next to the property so was not surprised by the works going on. It was a little dusty and noisy at times but it did not spoil my trip. The lady at check in was very friendly and Natalia is always a pleasure

The space was absolutely gorgeous; our pool had a heater but it only worked the second half of the time we were there. Still great. Lots of construction going on next to the building but as we were on the opposite side we didn’t hear anything, it just made the area a little crowded with all the equipment around. Check in and checkout was very easy. Parking garage was great. Definitely a bit of a walk to anything but still very doable (just hilly). Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Natalia the receptionist was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always putting customer experience first , even contacting the local convience store to find out their closing time for me without me even asking her to. Was checked in by another lady who unfortunately didn't show us around the apartment on arrival so we had to work out how to use the blinds and others amenities, but we managed ok. The apartment was gorgeous, views to die for and road works didn't affect out stay. All in all a fantastic experience.

Incredible! We will be back!

What an incredible place to stay! Without a doubt, the very best in the area, probably even the whole of Tenerife! Great communication, a stunning and very well equipped apartment with amazing views and a glorious terrace with heated pool. We would go back in a heartbeat! Be careful about selecting the apartment you want due to the building site. We stayed in A4.1 on the harbour/cliff side and we didn’t hear a thing. The only negative really was the regular smell of drains in the utility room. This is not uncommon for Tenerife, however.

Luxury all the way thru

I would say, this place reserves an extra star; apartment, views, tidiness and personal service from booking to the last minute we left the place was more than we hoped for. Communication was fast and accurate. We felt like they really care their customers and all questions and needs were answered. Even though we loved it, three things I would fix: 1. There is no shower on the terrace (appartment B4.1), it would have been very nice to have it as the others have it too. After swimming, we needed to shower indoors and after 4 people walking with wet feet inside, the floors were dangerously slippery. 2. After being a way for a while, there was a bad smell associated perhaps with drains and I don't know if this is typical for the area or related to the apartment. 3. I would have appreciated the option of a lower pillow As a tip, there is a near by hotel serving great breakfast and a small store to buy the basics. Easy to walk also to other stores, restaurants and beach. I would definitely come again, this is a place from where you do not want to leave! Thank you so much.

Looks good and has an amazing view but scratch below the surface and you will see the drains smell terribly, there is building work happening right next door on a new block of apartments with building work 9-5 week days and to top it all off there was a leak on our roof from the pool above that got worse over the 3 days with the ceiling starting to crack and bits dropping down with constant dripping and I had to put bowls down to catch the leak that went on constantly. This is meant to be a 5 star establishment and when notifying the manager they told me they already knew about it and they were not interested in our welfare, they did not apologise and were more worried about rolling up and storing their nice rug so it did not get damaged or the fact we had spent 2 days with a bad leak and the ceiling crumbling just that they were going to fix it as they had other people arriving today. Disappointing management who treat their customers appallingly and try justify that it’s acceptable for us to be in the apartment with no apology and just talk over you when your trying to explain your experience. stay somewhere that cares about their guests

Don’t waste your money with bad management who treat their customers appallingly and try justify that it’s acceptable for us for a 2 thousand pound stay to be in the apartment with no apology and just talk over you when your trying to explain your experience. stay somewhere that cares about their guests

Een heel mooi appartement met wel wat kleine gebreken. Een v d douches werkte de thermostaatkraan niet goed en de airco op de Master slaapkamer werkte telkens maar een uur en bleef dan de rest v d dag op error staan. Monteurs eea vervangen maar probleem bleef terugkomen. ook weinig stopcontacten in het pand. Onze vakantie was echter fantastisch. heerlijk terras met eigen zwembad om af te koelen. mooie ruime keuken met alle benodigdheden. mooi uitzicht uit alle kamers.

Het was een prachtig appartement, met alle lixe die we maar konden wensen. Omdat we een huurwagen hadden, konden we ons zelfstandig verplaatsen voor activiteiten. We willen zeker nog terugkeren, het was een echt paradijs!

Exceptionnel

Sejour formidable, l appartement exceptionnel et le personnel toujours a l ecoute. Une vue magnifique et un coucher de soleil a couper le soufle. Notre semaine en famille du debut juillet 2024 a ete une reussite. Un petit point tout de meme, des travaux sur la route menant aux appartements , heureusement que nous avons un garage. Je recommande vivement pour passer des moments inoubliables en couple ou avec votre famille.
