BRAND NEW modern apt in Rialto tower on the 12 floor with a stunning view of Santiago. It is a comfortable and well-lightened space with two 50" smart TV, and stable Wi-Fi with 100 Mbps speed.

Generous well-equipped kitchen and a clean and spacious bathroom. A fantastic rooftop pool with the best view of the city. Private-secure parking lot. The apt is located in a new complex with 24/7 security.

The apt is centrally located in La Esmeralda neighborhood. Walking distance to everything!

My apartment is always equipped with essentials such as coffee, sugar, shampoo, soup, and even disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. I always ensure that my apartment lives up to my standards, and I treat people like I would like to be treated.
