Alles in allem sehr schön, aber sehr heiss

Die Schluesseluebergabe klappte perfekt, eine Beziehung der Unterkunft war schon vormittags ohne Aufpreis möglich. Etwas schwierig ist, dass der Vermieter nur spanisch spricht, kein Deutsch oder Englisch. Aber ging alles soweit. Grosses Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Wir hatten dort einen Ventilator, der nur in einem der Schlafzimmer stehen konnte. Man könnte auch für wenig Geld das andere Zimmer ausstatten. Deckenventilator ist wegen der Schräge nicht möglich. Die Lage ist perfekt, in 5 Minuten Fussmarsch ist man auf einem traumhaften Strand. Abends ist es in der Gegend sehr ruhig, da keine Hotels, Bars etc. da sind.

Schönes Haus für Badeurlaub

Wir Eltern waren mit zwei Kindern ( 2/4 jährig) hier. Die Ausstattung ist gut und die Lage für Strandurlaub toll. Kinderbett und Stuhl vorhanden, Platz zum Spielen rund ums Haus auch. Die Verwaltung vor Ort ist flexibel und unkompliziert. Wir können es weiter empfehlen.

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus. Für 4 Personen wäre ein zweiter Ventilator schön, wenn es so heiß ist wie in der vergangenen Woche. Wunderbar nah an Cala Llombards....

Tolle Lage und sehr nett!

Das Ferienhaus Margarita ist in einer tollen Lage fußläufig zum Strand, die Finca und der Garten sind liebevoll ausgestattet und die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Alles prima!

War wie beschrieben, sehr gute Ausstattung an Geschirr, Handtücher, kindergerechte Möbel, etc.. sogar Fön vorhanden, kurzer Weg zum Strand, keine übertrieben Nebenkosten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schnuckeliges, rustikales Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage mit allem, was man braucht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es liegt im kleinen Örtchen Cala Llombards, abseits der üblichen Touristenströme, idyllisch und ruhig. Im Ort selbst gibt es nicht viel außer einer Bar/Restaurant und zwei kleinen Supermärkten. Der Ort ist perfekt für Personen, die abends keine Lust auf Trubel und Party haben, sondern stattdessen Ruhe suchen. Über eine Treppe, direkt in der Straße des Hauses, ist man in drei Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Cala Llombards ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge - traumhafte Buchten und süße Orte sind in der näheren Umgebung. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts, auch für die Kleinsten wurde an alles gedacht (Töpfchen, Hochstuhl, Babybett, Badewanne). Für die Kinder ist auch sehr viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben im und um das Haus und im Garten. Das Bad ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und liegt außerhalb des Hauses, aber wir gewöhnten uns schnell daran, zumal man dort ja sowieso nur wenig Zeit des Tages verbringt. Für uns war es kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Ferienhaus sofort wieder buchen.

Praktisch eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus bietet alles was man mit einem Kleinkind braucht, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Grill, Babybett etc. Das Bett im hinteren Zimmer (Doppelbett) ist sehr bequem, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche angenehm gross und letztere ist toll ausgestattet, mit Kinderstuhl, Essgeschirr und Trinkbecher. Einziger Nachteil im Nachhinein ist, dass das Badzimmer im Hinterhof liegt und die Dusche nur siedend heiss oder sehr kalt kennt und relativ eng ist. Wir würden aber das Haus sofort wieder nehmen, das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist tiptop!

Entspannter Urlaub etwas Abseits vom Tourismus-Trubel

Wir verbachten in einer fünfköpfigen Gruppe einen Aktivurlaub auf Mallorca und wählten uns diese Ferienwohnung als Domizil. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der wunderschönen Bucht Cala Lombards, diese ist fußläufig in drei Minuten erreichbar. Parkgelegenheiten sind zur genüge vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Küche ist gut bestückt und alle Messer schienen frisch geschärft. Es waren Handtücher und Decken zur genüge vorhanden. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen.
