Casa Sol: VILLA DE 3 CAMAS, 2 BAÑOS, FAMILIA CON PISCINA PRIVADA EN CALA EGOS

Confortable villa de estilo ibicenco de 3 dormitorios situada en segunda línea de mar en una tranquila zona residencial de Cala Egos. La situación es ideal, cerca de las playas de Cala Egos y Calo des Pou, las tiendas y restaurantes están a poca distancia de la villa.
El puerto deportivo de Cala d'Or es uno de los puertos deportivos más elegantes de la isla mallorquina y está a poca distancia de la villa en unos 20 minutos.

La villa se distribuye en 2 plantas, en la planta baja encontramos una acogedora sala de estar con un cómodo sofá y televisión vía satélite, un comedor con mesa y sillas para 6 personas, 2 habitaciones dobles con cama king size con armarios empotrados, un Baño con ducha completamente reformado y una cocina práctica y funcional que también ha sido recientemente renovada.

Una escalera exterior conduce a la gran terraza de la azotea, que ofrece vistas parciales al mar y también al tercer dormitorio con cama doble y un baño con ducha.

La villa está muy bien equipada, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, WiFi, TV vía satélite, cocina, nevera, microondas, cafetera, tetera y lavadora. La cocina ofrece todos los utensilios y vajilla para todos los invitados.

Afuera, en la terraza privada, hay dos porches con mesas y sillas de comedor al aire libre. Alrededor de la piscina hay tumbonas y muebles de patio junto con sombrillas para dar sombra.

El tamaño de la piscina privada es de 8 X 3 aprox.

The villa is in a lovely location with outstanding views from the roof terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped and the pool area is fantastic.The walk into Cala Egos centre and the beaches took 5 minutes. We would highly recommend the villa.

Perfect Villa in a perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sol. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We had one minor issue with the WiFi but this was very quickly resolved. Communication with the host was excellent and they were on hand via Whatsapp in case we needed anything. Also the location is great, its quiet but still within a 5 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Lovely little house!

The house was very cosy, we liked the little garden, the pool was well maintained although it was still too cold to swim. A highlight was the sea view from the roof terrace, It was a great holiday!

Excellent location to explore Mallorca

Great property and they provided immediate attention to a small heating issue on unseasonably cool days. We explored the entire island from here with a rental car and see there is a great bus schedule if you aren’t up for driving. Very comfortable accommodation with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the second floor bedroom and ensuite for added privacy and great views of the surf pounding the shore. Thanks for a great stay! The Boyce Family!!

A lovely stay

The villa is lovely, with a great outside area. When we arrived we couldn't figure out the lock box for the keys, you had to press a button on both sides of the box and one side faced the wall so we could not see it. We called the office and they had someone round to help us within 10 minutes, what amazing service. The staff were great and the location was brilliant for a quiet holiday with easy walking access to a huge range of wonderful restaurants.

Lovely little Villa in a good location

A nice small Villa, in a really convenient location close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Not too far to get into Cala d'or either. The Villa itself has all you need for your stay, and we had no real complaints. The only small downsides are that the Aircon is in the bedrooms only, so the main living space of the house can become quite hot, and that, like others have stated in reviews, the pool area and pool itself can get a little dirty with dust. These were only minor things for us, and overall we had a fantastic time.

Very nice

A nice little villa with a nice little, private, pool. Only minor downsides were no spare key for the upstairs room, no oven gloves and sa previous guests underwear was found under the bed. However the letting agents were excellent and attended to the property within a couple of hours of being contacted. Spare key and a set of oven gloves provided. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointing

We don't mind maybe 1 or 2 issues when renting a holiday property but there were far too many at this one. No pool for 2 days as filter doesn't work (have photos of dirt all on bottom of pool and all over steps) No hot water for 2 days due to technical issue Safe was unusable even though owners were aware of issue Kitchen photos very misleading. This kitchen is very small not as photos Keys were missing for back door out of kitchen but bought to us by Alex Key to back gate was missing therefore no easy access to coast as per neighbouring properties Bed linen dated In fact property is very tired and in need of complete refurbishment. We should be receiving compensation for a disappointing stay ruined with issues.

Parfait logement très beau , très bien entretenue , la piscine est juste nickel avec même un pisciniste qui est venu nettoyer dans la semaine , la vue sur la mer est merveilleuse . Je recommande et si nous avons l'occasion de revenir , nous reviendrons .

In der Küche könnten ein paar mehr Utensilien sein zb Besteck große Tassen ect. es gibt eine Spülmaschine genau deshalb sind 4 Löffel zu wenig, ausserdem ist die Villa mit 6 Personen bewohnbar
