The hot tub was nice to have at this time of year. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with a large group. Having beach towels provided was very nice. It would have been nice to have soap in the bathrooms. They did not have a toaster so we purchased one and they offered to reimburse us. Nice to have beach access an easy walk away.

Amazing location and host!

Our group of 14 women stayed here and we had the best time. Hollie and Breanna were great host - extremely communicative and easy to work with. The house itself besides being clean and spectacular was in a great location on 30A - 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants and cafes, 5 min walk to the beach or 2 min on the golf cart, and quick uber rides to Seaside and Grayton. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're planning a trip with a big group. Super convenient, clean beautiful pool in the back, and really gracious host! Thank you for an amazing trip.

Family Beach Trip

This house is fantastic! The location is amazing! We really liked that it’s a less busy area than the Seaside and Rosemary areas with short distance to both 98 and 30A! The beach is an easy 3 block walk with easy beach access. You can walk to several restaurants and a short drive to many more, some you can take your LSV to. The beds were all very comfortable and we loved the different levels! The rental service was great and had such fast response to all our questions and needs! I would highly recommend them! We can’t wait to return to this fabulous home and make more memories!

Spectacular New Home - Luxury, Location, Comfort A+

Serenity Sands and 30A Beach Girls exceeded our expectations in every way. This brand-new property is nothing short of spectacular. The location is unbeatable - with the beach, shops, and restaurants just about a 5-minute walk away. Bikes and a golf cart were available, but we often preferred to enjoy the short walk. Whether you want to soak up the sun or explore local dining options, everything is right at your doorstep. The property itself is pristine and beautifully designed, with every detail reflecting quality and style. The high-end furnishings are modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully chosen, creating a space that feels both inviting and luxurious. It's clear that a lot of care went into making this home as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional. Despite being close to all the action, the home offers a quiet, private retreat. The outdoor pool area feels like an oasis, perfect for relaxation. The beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all slept soundly every night. The kitchen is impressively well-equipped, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and most everything you could possibly need for cooking. Being a brand-new property, everything is fresh and immaculate, which added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location, this is it. We can't recommend Serenity Sands enough and will definitely be returning!

New home, luxurious with unparalleled service.

I recently enjoyed an amazing stay at this new property. Here are some highlights and feedback. Positives: The house is new and beautifully designed. Beds are very comfortable with high-quality linens and pillows. The kitchen is well-stocked for a standard vacation, though it may lack some items for a longer stay or large gatherings such as Thanksgiving. 30a Beach Girls provided exceptional hospitality and concierge services. Having vacationed worldwide, they rank in the top three of any experience we've had, which is saying a lot. Negatives: Completing waivers for the bikes and golf cart was inconvenient; my card on file should suffice. A piece of the stairs broke off. Although the house is generally luxurious, the builder seemed to cut corners with the stairs. Having built over 30 homes, I believe the builder could have done better. The pool provided hours of fun and entertainment, but no floats were included. A pool should come with items typically used in it. Overall, I would rate this property a solid 10. I hope this feedback is helpful! We would recommend and would enjoy a return trip!

Our stay at this breathtaking home, hosted by 30A Beach Girls, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and much needed relaxation. Every detail of the home was beautiful and you could tell very new, decor to the high-end furnishings, it was evident that no expense was spared in creating this haven. The bedrooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect restful night and yes I admit lazy mornings. But it wasn't just the interior that impressed us - the outdoor space were equally impressive. The private pool and patio area offered a serene oasis where we could unwind and soak up the sun in absolute tranquility. And with the beach just a short stroll away or on the golf cart, we were spoiled for choice when it came to enjoying our days. 30A Beach Girls. From the moment we inquired about booking the home, their team went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was flawless. From arranging transportation to stocking the fridge, they anticipated our every need without being to intrusive and exceeded our expectations the duration of our stay. The waivers you have to sign get annoying but we get it! We will return. In summary, our experience at this luxurious home hosted by 30A Beach Girls was nothing short of magical. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a reunion with friends, this is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime. We can't wait to return!
