This property is impeccable! They literally have thought of everything that a guest would need. From the drink station, cleaning a kitchen supplies, custom closets and all the fun outdoor activities. We will definitely visit again!

Beautiful home, well-stocked and in immaculate condition. Host is easy to reach and checks to make sure everything is going great. the sunset from the dock and walking to the beach makes this house a special find.

Our stay at your beautiful home was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect setup for our three families. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach, and everything we needed for our beach days was already provided. We especially loved spending mornings and evenings out on the dock — it truly made the trip even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

Great house for large families

We loved our time here. It is well equipped for groups with children and accessible to make locations. We enjoyed the pool, lake an led beach all from one place.

We had a great time in this beautiful home for an extended family trip. Everything from kitchen supplies, pool and beach gear, and even books, kids toys and games for rainy days was provided. Host was attentive with great communication. Thanks for a fantastic trip!

beautiful home, spacious, generously provisioned. Paddle boards to the beach were a hit with the teens. The beach is gorgeous, bit of a hike.Host was responsive and helpful. No issues, very relaxing vacation.

Amazing stay at 30A

We loved our week at this property - centrally located between some of the busier areas like Seaside or Rosemary Beach but more of a quiet residential feel so best of both worlds. The pool is small but was perfect for cooling off and relaxing around. House was well equipped and beds were comfortable although bunk beds better suited for kids rather than adult children.

This house is perfectly situated on a calm lake and just a short golf cart ride to the beach. We had an incredible time and will definitely be back soon.

Excellent property

This home was perfect for us. It was on the lake with its own private dock. The provided paddle boards and kayaks were a hit every day. A short walk to the beach with the provided beach supplies made our beach days great. The layout of the home was well thought out and served our family of 13 like a dream. Our hosts were very responsive about any questions we had. Wonderful stay.

Best of all the water worlds: pool, lake and ocean all-in-one. This property was exactly as advertised and has everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay. The house was clean and everything worked properly. Loads of beach gear and we loved the paddle boards and kayaks. The homeowner is responsive and timely. 100% recommend, and we'll definitely be back!

Great house,great location, and great manager. Very private and not as busy as some locations around 30a. The house has everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a great time at Eastern Sunsets! The home is beautiful with amazing views. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and enjoyed short walks to the beach. The property manager is great. We would definitely love to return sometime!

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! I was with my husband, two adult daughters and their husbands and one baby. There was more than enough room for all. It is well appointed and well maintained. The location is superb. Communication with host was perfect. Great and easily understood instructions on equipment. Good advice on restaurants, and beach map in guest binder. Sad to leave, but would look forward to another stay! Thank you!!

Awesome property and host

The property is beautiful and extremely clean. Extremely well stocked and so spacious. Location is in quiet area with little crowds. Rented bikes and cart which made getting around community and to beach easy. We will definitely rent again. Host was extremely responsive before and during our stay.

Amazing Place

We loved our time at the house! It was beautiful and the layout was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked perfectly for cooking and staying in at night. There were so many beach and lake equipment/toys/chairs...we had everything we needed! When we return to 30A we will definitely stay again. Thanks for such a easy and wonderful stay!
