We absolutely loved our stay in this carriage house! It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was amazing with its high end appliances. The bed was very comfortable for my husband and I. (I was still healing from a hip replacement.) The golf cart was the reason we rented this carriage house. That was a must for us! We found the place we would want to stay in every time we come to Watercolor! The location was great too! Thank you for sharing this place. The carriage house was perfect for me and my husband to explore Watercolor for the first time! Location was excellent and use of the golf cart made it so easy, we just parked the car and walked or golf cart everywhere. Bed was comfortable, room was very well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of towels! We relaxed each evening with a glass of wine and watching the big screen tv!

Loved the property and access to all of the amenities of Watercolor. We also loved being close to Seaside, Publix, and Camp watercolor as well...the golf cart and bikes made everything easy. We loved all of the beach toys too...boogie boards, umbrellas, lots of toys, etc. The property management was very communicative and accommodating. Would highly recommend Linger Longer!

Wonderful

This property was beautiful and cozy for my husband and myself. The golf cart was a life saver for me having had a knee surgery recently. The carriage house was very clean and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfy and loved having the extra linens. The only thing that would have made this rental perfect is a balcony to sit and have coffee and enjoy during the evenings after a day in the sun. It is the first time i have rented where the pantry was completely empty not even salt and pepper but other than that it was wonderful!

Time away to celebrate a big birthday

We wanted a few days away to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Loved the carriage house - beautifully decorated and just the right size for us. The area is lovely for walking and the golf cart is fun for trips to supermarket. Our only disappointment was when we found one of the bikes had a flat tire having planned a day of cycling. Joey was very quick to respond to any issues just unfortunate that the bike couldn’t be repaired before we had to leave. Would definitely come back

Great Stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The area is so nice and such an easy and close walk to the basketball court and pool. It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two boys. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. 5+stars!

Beautiful!

A beautiful carriage house connected to an even more beautiful home. Watercolor is a dreamy neighborhood! Gorgeous and so safe. Access to the beach and beach club makes it perfect. The golf cart is a great bonus! Everything was easy and smooth. We loved this place!

Perfect stay

We loved our time and have already planned our next stay. Only suggestion would be some coffee pods or tea and extra roll of TP and paper towels. We got in late and though there was a keurig, we had no coffee first thing in the am.

Great Watercolor Carriage House

Location is convenient to all areas of Watercolor. Kitchen and bath fully stocked. The washer/dryer combo was very nice. Comfortable for everyone but kids wished the couch/bed was more comfortable (essentially a foam mat). Golf cart is a great added bonus to the provided bicycles.
