Perfect Beach Escape

Beautiful and clean home in the wonderful Naturewalk community. Loved the convenience of the golf cart to go to the beach and to dinner in Seaside. The screened porches were great for morning coffee and reading. Relaxing retreat and I can’t wait to go back!

The house is everything and more ! Lauren (property manger) has thought of everything. It is so clean and very scenic. There is something for every age. Perfect family vacation!

Beautiful Home, Pool and Neighborhood

The home was beautiful with a wonderful new pool. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, which was very kid friendly. The home owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. A wonderful experience in every way.

Family &friends vacation

This was our second time staying at Seadreamer and I cannot say enough about it! Everything is wonderful- from the communication with the owner and her tea, to the accommodations at the house! The area is beautiful and family oriented. The house has everything you could want and more on a vacation! We love the pool, golf cart, and bikes! Would highly recommend renting!

This home is immaculate! With the open floor plan and downstairs private baths, we had plenty of room. Loved the screened in porches overlooking the pines and the golf cart was a big plus for driving to local eateries. Can’t wait to return to this relaxing home.

Fantastic home in Nature Walk

My family had a wonderful stay at SeaDreamer 30A! Laureen was so hospitable before, during, and after our stay. Convenient location with every amenity you could think of provided. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. The pool and backyard area were a source of much fun. Golf cart and bikes made getting around the area easy. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic Home in Naturewalk

We have now stayed at SeaDreamer twice and could not be happier with that decision. Our experience has been nothing less than perfection both times. The home is beautiful incredibly well stocked and immaculate. By far our favorite home we have rented on 30A. Owners are pleasant, responsive and considerate. Five star stay all around!

Extremely neat and clean residence

Our family had a wonderful stay in SeaDreamer. The property was exactly as described and the residence deserves high ranks for neatness and cleanliness. Laureen and Ruthie were extremely helpful with suggestions for activities, navigating the area, and even locating a basketball for my boys to use on the courts! We definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home! So many extra amenities: beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Super comfortable beds with crisp bed linens. The house is clean- better than new! Friends stayed in the same neighborhood in a house not nearly as nice. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay with friends!

The house is beautiful, clean, and well equipped! A wonderful layout that accomodated two families of 4 (with room for more) The pool is so pleasant and the neighborhood is very cute and in a great location. I cannot say enough about the hospitality of Laureen and Ruth! They were so kind and welcoming and helpful. I barely had to do any of my own research for our trip because I had so much wonderful insider info. Already trying to plan a return trip!

Exactly what we needed!

After a long hiatus from vacationing, we couldn’t have been more excited about our trip down to 30A. From the start, the home owner Laureen was amazing with her communications in preparation for our trip. And the house fully lived up to all our expectations - beautifully decorated and fully equipped, The porches and pool were amazing - plenty of space inside and out. And the bikes and golf cart made outings to the beach and local restaurants an easy adventure. We hope to go again and would highly recommend!

Labor Day with Nana

We were at this property for the week of July 4th and absolutely loved it! So we came back for a long Labor Day weekend and brought my 73 year old mother. And she loved it too! Only issue we had was with the complex TV in the living room and the golf cart steering needs to be balanced still.

Perfect Place

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, I didn’t feel like I needed to Clorox everything down before we unpacked. Laureen was extremely easy to reach the one time we had an issue with the television. The pool was a game changer, the weather was too chilly to stay on the beach. The kids played in the heated pool as we enjoyed getting sun. We will definitely consider renting this house again!

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Nature Walk. We loved the area of Nature Walk and definetely plan to return! You won't be disappointed staying in this lovely property that has everything you could possibly need while you're here. You could not ask for a better property owner, she was absolutely the best and answered any and all questions without hesitation. Ruth was also fantastic and messaged us during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything and gave us all kind of tips upon arriving. The pool is an absolute bonus and we spent many hours there! We will be back and are already planning our trip for next year.

Perfect vacation home for our family of eight

This home is beautifully appointed & the homeowner had thought of every detail. In addition to the basics promised, we had access to four beach chairs, floats for the pool & beach towels. The main living area is actually larger than it appears in the photograph. The homeowner, Laureen responded quickly to my every question, she was a pleasure to work with.

Amazing stay!

We just returned from an amazing week on 30A and would highly recommend this property! The owner, Laureen, is super responsive and attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable and to provide conveniences and many amenities. We also loved the area and enjoyed close beach access, using the provided bikes for daily bike rides, playing pickleball in the neighborhood, the beautiful backyard pool, and close proximity to great restaurant, bars, and shopping. We had an (uncontrollable) issue with the brakes on the provided golf cart and Laureen was ultra-responsive in taking care of the issue ASAP once the issue was discovered. We will absolutely return!!

Perfect Seaside Escape

My family spent a wonderful week at SeaDreamer 30a. The home is immaculate and located in a great neighborhood, close to the beach and the beautiful neighborhoods of watercolor and seaside. The golf cart and bikes are an added convenience. The home owner is very accommodating and friendly and made us feel welcome from the minute we booked. She was available to help with anything we needed during our stay. The home’s beautiful new pool was the perfect size and great to cool off after our long days on the beach. The home has every amenity we needed during our stay. We had so much fun at SeaDreamer and will definitely be staying here again!

What a spectacular home...

Our beach vacation was super great primarily due to this beautiful home! We were a family of 10 and we all were so comfortable together. The home had many areas to relax together or spend time alone. We cooked alot and the kitchen was well epuipped and super convenient to work in. I think the most impressionable item in the house were the “beds” ~ we all agreed the best sleep ever! Overall, from the great niceties of the home to the convenience of the golf cart to the beautiful neighborhood, we had the most wonderful family beach vacation! Kudos to the owners for the creation of such a lovely & special abode!
