This condo is perfect spot for a beautiful, relaxing trip to the beach! It has beautiful furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are spacious. Everything is very well-kept. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning overlooking the beach. The location is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach club and just a 7 minute walk to the Seaside square. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful location and great accommodation

We lived the whole experinence. BUT the aircon is a bit of a mess. The downstairs master was too hot at night and the upstairs too cold. We tried everything but no combination could solve it. It needs sorting out. Thanks

Best June Vacation time

Such a relaxing home ! We enjoyed the entire home. Close to beach. Walked everywhere! Bikes were fantastic ! Management was great ! Had one bike missing. Got it brought to us immediately!! Thank you for the great home !! Totally enjoyed!

Great views and convenient

Checkin and arrival was simple, all bedrooms were spacious with their own bathroom, elevator was a plus. Could have provided more towels (for a 5 night stay), no guest parking, floors were slick indoors and out, but overall great place and enjoyed our stay.

Better than expected

This condo is ABSOLUTELY stunning!! I celebrated my 40th birthday here with friends and when we walked in we were in AWE of how it was even better than the pictures. From the spacious rooms/bathrooms/living space, how immaculate it was, location right next to F.O.OW. and main building and a nice walk away from the cutest square of shops/restaurants and fun…it did not disappoint even once. The ice machine was broken and when I called to let them know, the customer service was so helpful and even brought a huge bag of ice up to us. It was so perfect!! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo and perfect location!

We celebrated our friends 40th birthday at this condo and it was perfect! Very clean, beautiful views, and perfect location! We walked to Seaside several times for lunch, shopping and dinner!

The check in process was weak, you wait too long to forward door combinations. We were 30 miles out when we got the code. There was deferred maintenance: 1) The outside Door that led to one of the bedrooms wouldn’t lock. 2) The main floor master bath door locks were broken, the outside door locked by itself once. No one could get into the bathroom. 3) Not enough towels, wash cloths, paper towels, toilet paper. No tissues, 4) Upstairs bedroom facing the Gulf, the entry door got stuck, wouldn’t close correctly. 5) Several people got very bad splinters on the deck. 6) More laundry detergent. 7) The supply should match the stay, no one feels like running out to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. 8) One roll of paper towels for a kitchen supporting a stay for 7 people?
