Home was Great! Looked even better than the photos. Ease in and out. Great communication with management. Very clean. Central location to everything. Right on the beach. I highly recommend this one!

congestion overwhelmed

I believe in production and construction I wish the property management would've told us about the major construction going on a house next-door where every day we was trapped in our driveway having to ask people to move vehicles just to go to breakfast or lunch every single day, banging noise, unbelievable construction every single dayvery disappointed not in homeowners property management knew this was taking place. Please do not go to this home for the next two months construction is heavy.

Great views of the ocean

House and location were great. Our only complaint was the Pool was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned. No directions on how to heat the pool were provided not any devices to remove things that had blown into the pool.

Amazing property

This house was so perfect! It was plenty spacious for our family of ten. The house is beautiful, excellent location, amazing view! The golf cart was very useful and we rented an additional one to accommodate us all. There were great amenities in the house. Especially the fridge drawers on the first floor and on the third floor. The only slight drawback was paying $50 a day to heat the pool and it really wasn't warm enough for any of the adults. Kids didn't mind though. Overall an amazing, very comfortable property!

Check on construction

The team at Habitats 30A were great to work with and very responsive. The house, beach access, beach, beach chair service are all outstanding. The golf cart is a great way to get around town. I would simply caution you to check on adjacent construction before renting or going. The house is on a small culdesac with approximately 10 homes. 3 are under significant construction and the work truck congestion and noise were annoying and distracting.

Beach House

The house itself is amazing! Location is great super close to lots of great places to eat. Beach access was great. It’s is right next to a public beach access but we had no issues with getting a spot right in front of the house. However, there is a lot of construction on this street and the houses are all very close together, so there was not much privacy while at the pool or sitting out back, and the construction is quite loud and starts early in the morning. The pool was great to have but w head to contact management to have it cleaned multiple times because there was algae growing on the tile in the pool. They came out and used a wire brush to try to clean it off, which left little wire bristles in the pool, that then got stuck in my three years old foot which was not a pleasant experience. Overall, I recommend the house and location, will be so much better once the two houses next door are completed and I’d recommend some upkeep with the pool company.

The house is beautiful! Perfect location and proximity to everything. There is construction going on next door, but the workers were there during the day when we were busy on the beach, so it wasn’t much of an issue for us.

Great location, beautiful home

We had an excellent stay at this house over the winter holiday. There were a few issues we came across, but the property management addressed each and every single one in a timely manner. It was a little disappointing to have so many issues for the price we paid to rent this home, but given that they were attentive and quick to fix the issues and even offered a small refund for the inconvenience, we were overall very happy!! The house is beautiful, especially the pool and the ease to get to the beach. Great location and plenty of space for the whole family!

Absolutely Beautiful!

Loved this property - exactly as pictured, and a perfect retreat for our family. The beachfront access cannot be beat, and the furnishings are lovely and well curated. Communication with the management was excellent and we worked through a few issues (none their fault) with ease. Please note that they do not have beach chairs at the property which was surprising considering the caliber of the rental (although we purchased several as well as umbrellas and left them at the house for future guests - so maybe they are still there now?). Also, while this might seem a bit nitpicky, we were surprised that there were no extra garbage bags, paper towels, etc and not even enough coffee mugs or small glasses for our entire group. I know this is a "newer" rental, but these are things that could be easily remedied and would make it just perfect. We will be back!

Terrific house!

We loved this house for our family of 9 - 6 adults and 3 under two. Grands stayed upstairs and the middles stayed on the 2nd floor. Loved having the extra bedrooms since the littles all napped at different times and had different schedules. The pool is delightful. Highly recommend this house - super location and the golf cart was a game changer. Just know it’s 38 steps to the 3rd floor 🤣 and there are quite a few steps down to the beach. It didn’t bother us and we got a nice workout carrying kids up and down. Incredible views. Super nicely done inside with terrific appliances. Refrigerator drawers were the perfect place for all the drinks. We will be back!

Amazing House, Incredible Property Management

We LOVED our stay! the house was simply AMAZING!! But even better was the property management group! They were incredibly communicative and helped us with grocery delivery service and any other questions we had they got back to us via text (which i appreciated) within minutes. Highly recommend!
