Spacious, 5800 Heated and cooled square foot home, ideal for large family reunions and wedding housing for park weddings. 7 bedrooms 7.5 baths.14 Wristbands with this house! This is one of the popular rental homes in Watercolor.You are only 200 yards to the main beach club where everyone wants to go. Home has been featured in Orlando Magazine and in Tuscaloosa Magazines Spring 2011 Beach issue.New indoor and outdoor paint 2020. Home is available year around. Check calendar for available dates. We keep our calendar current. This house has every amenity you could ever want in a vacation home. The house is located in the Heart of Watercolor on Cerulean Park in Phase I at 82 Watercolor Blvd. East. While you sit and relax on large front screen porch (11X35) you can watch your kids play on the park across the street.

You are located 50 yards to the Marina Pool and fishing dock. We are 200 yards to the famous Beach Club Pool and fine dining at the FOW restaurant.Camp Watercolor phase 2 pool has waterslide and lazy river. From the beach club, you are a short walk or very quick bike ride to our famous white sand beaches and emerald color water.You are 300 yards to Seaside and all the restaurants and shops.Wine Bar and new Scratch Breakfast place 100 yards from the house.

Downstairs has a large living area, Gourmet Kitchen, new countertops 4/15/22) including 2 Bosch dishwashers, 2 Sub Zero refrigerators, 48 inch Wolf gas cooktop, wine cooler, bar with ice machine(crushed ice), warming drawer, washer dryer, 65 inch Flat Screen LED TV above Fireplace, Screen porch(11X35) with Swing, Gas Grill, 12 foot wood beam ceilings, work desk with wireless Internet, large Master with King bed, two headed shower, Jacuzzi, and an outside shower. Charcoal Grill in open garage.

Upstairs has two large masters with King beds in each, baths with shower, tub and 2 sinks, one has private den off of the room with twin bed and other master has a King and twin in a nook in the same room, there is another guest room with King and twin bed in loft, Kids bunk room with 2 full bunks(4 full beds) and televisions in bunks, another washer and dryer room upstairs, large playroom king size bed with full Kitchen and 2 twin mattress beds in loft, bathroom, and a 3rd set of washer and dryers.Pool table.Large flat screen LED TV/Stereo.

The tower has a nice office with Desk, bar, Flat ScreenTV, wireless Internet, nice deck for viewing Cerulean Park and Watercolor. Awesome house and perfect location to the beach, town center, and watercolor amenities! We had 10 kids under 6 years old and stayed with 3 other families. The house setup was perfect for multiple families. One note, there is a ladder in one room and the bunks are pretty high for small kids, but we just blocked the spaces off. Will definitely rent again!

Huge house great for a group

Overall this was a great house for 8 of us, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we hosted several more people over the week stay. Huge kitchen and open great room was ideal.

82 Watercolor Blvd E is an excellent house with great amenities and location.

We had our family of 8 adults and 7 grandchildren ages 4 to 12 and there was plenty of room for all. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for multiple families

We had a wide range of people staying with us, from teenagers down to toddlers. Everyone Had somewhere to sleep and hang out without being on top of each other. The location is amazing, Could not have asked for a better place to stay! It was a magical week!

The home is spacious. Especially liked that we were able to separate the two families and also were able to give the children there own private rooms. Be prepared to bring everything kitchen-wise you will need down to salt and pepper. Nothing is provided past a roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. Home is in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to the beach club and to the shops of Watercolour. Quiet and serene location with a park across the street which was great for the grandchildren to run around.

Fabulous Home

This is an exceptional property in Watercolor! Spacious, lovely and comfortable for a large family or group of friends. Bedrooms are large and quiet. Bathrooms are plentiful.This house offers every amenity of "home". Our large family was able to gather in the great room or on the wonderful screened porch. The home was large enough for all to find private areas when needed for rest or reading. Very desirable location for walking to Beach Club and Boathouse pools. Walking to Seaside shops and dining was very easy , as was walking to the Watercolor restaurants and shops. This is a perfect retreat and made our vacation one that we want to repeat next year!

Rental is close to 2 pools including the awesome Gulf front pool, shops, restaurants, and short stroll to Seaside as well. Tons of bikes provided, a nice grill, and the pool table was a great bonus! Will be back, cannot recommend this location enough! Almost forgot, pup friendly too!!
