Beware of bad customer service

Staying here was extremely frustrating. I signed up for 6 guests months ago and reached out to inform I will have a 7th so that I can get access to amenities via wristbands. I was told it was taken care of and I had 7 wristbands waiting for me a month prior to visiting. Upon arrival there were only 6. When I followed up I was told they were escalating and trying to resolve for first 2 days. After they stopped giving me updates I reached out again and then the 3rd day someone else started responding and told me it was easy to get one and gave me a path to get one. After that she then commented that it was my fault I didn’t have a 7th and in no way there responsibility. I was only able to stay 4 days so the amenities that made me pay extra to stay in watercolor could not be used. My family was never able to go to the pool together and I was offered no apologies or relief. I then asked to talk to a manager multiple times and was given no manager contact. My experience is a reflection of the customer service I received and their unwillingness to assist me or provide me with a manager to escalate for resolution. I will no longer be using this service and highly recommend whoever is looking at this to go through another service. Unfortunately, I am having to write this review because of the lack of assistance I was provided before during and after my stay.

Fantastic stay for families with young kids

We loved our stay at the property. The house was very comfy and clean. The neighborhood was adorable and amenities were fantastic. Our family especially loved the golf cart.

Great spring break

I took my daughters in two friends to watercolor for spring break. I never saw the upstairs. The girls occupied that. The downstairs was pristine. Bed was soft and cozy. Shower was great. Property was immaculate.I woulda’t hesitate to stay there again. One thing: there is a golf cart that is listed as An amenity. . There is actually a charge to Use the cart as I was notified after the process. That should be explained clearly in the listing.

Perfect House and Perfect Location!

Came to the property with 10 of my girlfriends!! The house was perfect! We had plenty of space, everyone had their own bed, and we were close to everything we wanted to do! We were able to take the golf cart to the beach, pool and seaside for dinner! The property manager was really easy to communicate with! We will definitely be back!!

Blessings by the Sea

This was our first time staying in the watercolor community and couldn’t be happier. The place was exactly as described and fit our family and family friends perfectly. The management staff was responsive and very accommodating. Looking forward to next year! Thanks Again!

Lovely cozy home in Watercolor with all the best amenities!

We absolutely loved our relaxing week in Watercolor with our family! There is so much to do and so much beauty to behold! We loved being able to ride the golf cart or bikes from Vacayzen everywhere we wanted to go. We could easily go into seaside to get coffee and donuts or eat lunch and dinner at the restaurants and food trucks. We had the golf cart to go to the beach club everyday with all of our gear. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic property

This is a gorgeous home. Plenty of space for two families to spread out. Perfectly stocked with kitchen accessories (could use a few more dish towels) and bathroom linens. Having the golf cart made it so easy to move about Seaside and Watercolor. We also loved being so close to Publix (a 6 minute walk or easy bike or golf cart ride with paths).

We were totally blessed at Blessings by the Sea!! As you walk into the home you can feel peace and serenity. We had everything we could have needed. Perfect location! We rode bikes daily and the golf cart was great to have to get to Seaside! We loved our time there and anxious to get back! Thank you!!!
