The pool was dirty, they need to focus in the pools and more cabanas in the beach area. Ask the bathrooms didn’t have a towel to dry hands. Overall it was a great stay.

The pool does not have maintenance, the water was dirty and nobody could use it for two days till they cleaned it. The beach they have is very dangerous is not for swimming , a 19 year old guy almost died because of this beach just the next day we were there. Towels are so hold that they even have holes and look too olds and dirty. No parking lot, everyone has to park outside of the hotel and walk to the hotel. Employees do whatever to help, they are pretty good but they do not have support to perform a much better job. I will never come back to this hotel

rip off, everything was terrible, we asked for towels it take about 2hrs to get my towels, the food was cold. service bad everything was smell. they charged me for my breakfast when it was already include on my bill. BAD

A bit lacking of information about the resort on arrival. A resort map and information book in the room would have been nice. We enjoyed it after we got the lay of it down. Good food, Beach was nice with loungers, umbrellas and bar service. Good for snorkeling, swimming not so much. Short taxi ride to town. La Crucecita is typical Mexican town with zocalo, lots of shops and restaurants. We did not do All Includive. You can pay a la carte. Prices not too high for a resort

The staff were helpful and friendly. The property itself is charming due to the ocean and the walking path with painted rocks. It's a great place to stay and also the food was delicious. We got an all inclusive service which also provided a discount to some of the excursions.

poor service, nice beach

beds were uncomfortable. staff sold us an all inclusive dinner pass good until 1130 for unlimited drinks, then they closed down the bar before by 9pm. our room had lots of ants in it and we did not have any bath towels. when I called front desk to deliver some, they ended up sending them over an hour later. The beach is very nice, however it is far from downtown restaurants/shopping. the stay is worth it if you plan to stay in the hotel all day, food is expensive for the area though. If you plan to venture out and go sight seeing, staying somewhere else closer to downtown would probably be best.

Very nice hotel, great private beach, however if you decide not to pay for all inclusive and at the hotel you pay for a day pass (daily all inclusive), be prepared for the hotel staff to be on you monetoring your everymove!...(very uncomfortable...more so when you are not even doing anything wrong)!

The hotel is nice and safe. We weren't really able to go to the beach by the hotel access because of the the high tide. The beds were comfortable.

A beautiful place with an excellent location. However, there are no air conditioners or fans around the Hotel. Only inside the room. We arrived late July, there was a strong heat wave and it was very uncomfortable to eat at the restaurant. Also, they have a short staff problem. Service is bad and very slow.

The thing that I liked most about this hotel was the natural environment that the hotel was in. However, if they had asked me what they could improve on, it would be to take some rocks out of the beach to enjoy it more.
