Chalet adosado a solamente 5 minutos andando de la playa de fina arena de CA’N PICAFORT, MALLORCA.
A 5 minutos andando de un gran supermercado y a pocos minutos del centro donde se encuentran discotecas, restaurantes de diferente temática, salones de juegos, pizzerías...
Es ideal para disfrutar del clima de las Islas Baleares, deportes náuticos, tomar el sol y divertirse por la noche.
La casa PICAFORT2 tiene: una cocina descubierta, gran salón, 1 habitación con cama de matrimonio y gran terraza al exterior, 2 habitaciones dobles. Dispone de tres plantas comunicadas con una bonita escalera. Capacidad normal 6 personas, y posibilidad de cuna y cama auxiliar.
Dispone de tres baños, dos duchas, enormes terrazas para barbacoa (incluido).
Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y salones. Lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, horno y encimera eléctrica, plancha, secador de pelo, tostadora, hervidor, utensilios de cocina, televisión satélite, trona para bebe, etc.
PICAFORT 2 dispone de PISCINA PRIVADA de 4x7 metros y barbacoa. También tiene mesa de PING-PONG y barbacoa exterior.
La casa es de reciente construcción al estilo moderno, con grandes ventanales y mucha luz. La zona es tranquila y con vistas despejadas. Desde la terraza se puede ver la playa.

DESCRIPCION: Su cercanía y a la vez apartado del centro convierten la vivienda en una zona super tranquila, sin apenas vecinos. Está muy cerca de un parque natural donde poder realizar deporte footing a través del bosque. Entre otras cosas, la vivienda cuenta con amplísima cocina, tres baños, dos de ellos con ducha, tres dormitorios, todos ellos dobles y una con cama matrimonio, sofá cama, grandes armarios, salón de juegos, enorme terraza frente a la habitación, y todas las necesidades que una familia necesita para pasar buenas vacaciones (microondas, tostadora, secador de pelo, etc)
PISCINA PRIVADA de 8x4 metros. Metros construidos 210 mas 160 de terrazas en un solar de 280 m cuadrados. Dispone de barbacoa exterior de carbón.

Jeronis accommodation was just perfect for our family holiday, It's in a quiet area and only around a 10 minute walk to the centre of town.The house itself was spacious and spotless and well maintained and had everything we needed for a family holiday, the pool area was fabulous, the large beautiful cooling pool with plenty of loungers, perfect for those hot sunny days, and outside dining furniture and the seating on the balcony was a plus.Jornie is a great host and always on hand to answer any questions you might have.We had a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return to jornies place again..

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, great space for our family. Very clean, property very well equipped. Jeroni very obliging. Location is excellent, very suitable for teens wanting to go out in the evening without needing a taxi. Excellent location for sight seeing, as only a short drive to Alcudia and pollenca. We will def return to this Villa.

Our 1st time in Majorca. Villa lovely spotlessly clean. Good amount of towels etc. Jeroni was always available and helpful. We did struggle to find the property but it was 2am.when we arrived. Good location for short walk to beach and bars etc

Amazing!

We had an amazing stay at Picafort 1. The villa was large, spacious, very clean with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool which was also lovely and clean. The location was great just a short walk to the beautiful beach and a bustling sea front with a huge choice of bars and restaurants. We were also well placed to visit many of the other attractions Majorca has to offer including a day trip into Palma. Thank you Jeroni for a lovely holiday

Wonderful immaculate villa

We had 10 days at Picafort 2 and we had a wonderful time! The villa was immaculate and plenty of room for us and our 3 children! On arrival there was water and some snacks which was nice. The villa is better than the photos and I made good use of the washing machine. Shops, beach and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Would love to come back again! Great holiday!

Brilliant

The property is in a nice residential area. There is plenty of room and everything is nice and clean. The beds are comfy and there is loads of wardrobe space. The bars/shops are probably about a 5-minute walk to the nearest ones and a 10-minute walk to the main resort. If it was my property I would change the steps up to the door to get in from the outside area from metal to wood as these get very hot, you soon learn to put some footwear on! We've been twice now and would recommend it,

Not as close to amenities/beach as we’d thought. Approx 10-15 min walk to beach On outskirts of can picafort made it much windier than by beach. But villa lovely & big with pool and table tennis. Kitchen could do with grater, can opener and few other basics like 2 chopping boards and kettle that switches off! (Bit dangerous) but a lovely stay 😊 Thank you

Beautiful house

We had a fantastic weeks stay at Jeroni’s home in Can Picafort. The communication before and during our stay was the best I’ve ever experienced, with nothing being too much bother! The house, particularly the kitchen had everything needed for a self catering holiday, and the pool was well maintained and fantastic for a cool down from the midday sun. We also enjoyed the table tennis! The walk to the main shops and restaurants was very accessible in just over 10 minutes, and even less to a very well stocked supermarket. Jeroni went above and beyond for us when I messaged to say our flight wasn’t until evening time. He couldn’t let us stay in the house all day due to it needing to be cleaned for the next guests, but he did allow us to store our suitcases there until we got picked up. This allowed us to enjoy our last day without having to lug our luggage everywhere! Jeroni also passed on his neighbours taxi number, and we had fantastic service from Gabriel for both journeys to and from the airport at a very competitive rate! Thanks again Jeroni for allowing us to stay in your fantastic home!

Family holiday

Pros. Lovely host who is very responsive to any queries and messages. Large villa, plenty of space. 10 minutes if not less of a walk to the beach and shopping/restaurant area. Supermarket 5-8 minutes walk. Very clean villa with plenty of towels to use which was brilliant. Cons. Unsuitable door locking. Large French doors do not have a proper locking mechanism, just a hole into the plastic where the locking bolt turns up into it, no door mechanism. I must add i don’t mean the main front door. No smart TV so unable to watch anything as we couldn’t access British Chanel’s so unable to gain access to Netflix etc on nights where we wanted to get in early and relax. Kettle has no on/off switch, appeared to be snapped off so we had to unplug when it started to boil. Pool freezing cold and only filters in the evening which isn’t great as the morning is when things have blown into it through the night. Air con in main bedroom not working and in the downstairs bedroom. Really old TV in downstairs bedroom Showers aren’t built in, instead a free standing cubicle, ok to do the job but all other functions don’t work properly for the all round shower system. High spec villa but with lots of work done to a low standard. Cockerel across the way on a farm awoke us every early hours around 3am which continued for hours so ear plugs is a must. Bin men arrive to empty bin at least twice every night at around 11pm then again about 12pm

Sehr schöne Villa in sehr guter Lage, freundliche Vermieter! Jedoch Abstriche in der Ausstattung!

Leider können wir keine volle Punktzahl geben, da uns folgende Dinge aufgefallen sind, die jedoch einfach zu beheben wären: Zunächst einmal waren wir ein wenig enttäuscht, dass wir nicht etwas früher in das Haus konnten. Obwohl bekannt war dass wir schon morgens ankommen, und das Haus vorher frei und sauber war, hat man uns nicht vor 14:00 Uhr ins Haus gelassen. Schade! Der Pool war erst zwei Tage später benutzbar, da erst zu spät gechlort wurde! Es war bekannt, dass wir mit 8 Personen kommen, dennoch hatten wir auf der Terasse nur 6 Stühle und den kleineren Tisch der beiden Häuser. Wir hatten dadurch keine Möglichkeit draussen gemeinsam zu frühstücken oder zu essen. Zwei weitere Stühle wurden uns dann noch besorgt. Auch in der Küche fehlten viele Gegenstände für eine Wohnung, die für 8 Personen ausgelegt ist. Nur 6 Kaffeetassen, keine Eierbecher, zu wenig Gläser. Das Kochgeschirr war mit einer Pfanne und wenigen Töpfen ebenfalls unterdimensioniert. Das Wohnzimmer hat für 8 Personen viel zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten. Eine paar weitere Stühle und kleinere Tische würden das Problem beheben. Im unteren "vierten" Schlafzimmer sollte ein weiterer Kleiderschrank aufgestellt werden. Die Gäste mußten aus dem Koffer leben. Die Duschen sind in Ordnung, allerdings nicht für größere Menschen geeignet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche soweit in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit war gut. Würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn obige Punkte beim nächsten Mal beachtet würden. Gruß V.D.

Casa moderna, limpia y ordenada. Jeroni es un propietario muy agradable. Gran piscina y 6 nuevas tumbonas. WIFI en la casa es una gran ventaja. Aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Utensilios OK. Propuestas de mejora: * Sistema de bomba / tratamiento para la piscina se debe aislar mejor o programarse para que en cualquier otro momento del día. Algunas noches eran la bomba está activa durante 45 segundos cada cuatro minutos y que hace tanto ruido cuando intenta dormir. * Igual cenador y mesas en Picafort 1 serían deseables. * Almohadas para las sillas al aire libre. * Espátula para la barbacoa Hemos vuelto a menudo. Das Objekt war sehr sauber gereinig und bietet viel Platz. Leider konnten wir den Pool fast nicht nutzen, da er unbeheizt ist und das Wasser infolge des Wetters sehr kalt war. In der Küche fehlten uns einige Sachen für eine optimale Nutzung - das Wichtigste hat uns aber der Vermieter umgehend organisiert und nachgeliefert - herzlichen Dank Jeroni! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war generell sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Vom Haus aus ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand, bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants.

Très belle et grande maison, nous avons adoré notre séjour! C’était très propre et confortable. Bien placée en ville et accès à des places de stationnement dans la rue. Le contact avec l’hôte a été simple et rapide! Seul point d’amélioration serait qu’il y ait sel, poivre et huile au minimum de disponible pour les invités.

Haben mehr erwartet. Würden einige Renovierungen empfehlen.

Die Bäder, vor allem die Duschen müssten unbedingt mal modernisiert werden. Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr überschaubar… für uns, 2 Personen die meist auswärts essen waren, war es ok. Für den Reisezeitraum September, wo der Pool fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten liegt und somit zu kalt war um Spaß daran zu haben, würde ich eher die andere/angrenzende Unterkunft empfehlen da dort der Pool fast den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Ein weiterer Punkt sind die Betten… hier sollte man auch mal in vernünftige Matratzen investieren. Haben sehr schlecht auf den durchgelegenen Matratzen geschlafen. Die Tischtennisplatte fällt schon beim Anblick auseinander und den Grill wollten wir erst gar nicht öffnen. Insgesamt fanden wir den Mietpreis in Anbetracht der Ausstattung nicht angemessen.

Einfach ein Traum

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Super Lage, ruhig, aber doch zentral. Das Haus ist sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Vermieter war stets erreichbar! Wir kommen wieder!
