Rental villa duplex, terraced on one side, 80m2, located in a beautiful new residence, which has direct access to the beach of Moriani (56 seconds on foot, I timed ;-)) No road to cross, the path pedestrian goes past the entrance of the house.

Alles so, wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.Das Doppelbett hatte eine Breite von 140 cm.Das war für uns (60) zu schmal. Wir hätten uns die beiden Einzelbetten zusammen schieben sollen ;-)

Großartiger Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage eignet sich sehr gut, um die Haute-Corse zu erkunden. Trotz deutlicher Verspätung war der Check-in problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Verwalter war super, da beide mehrere Sprachen sprechen. Merci Philippe et Anthony.

Ein bisschen zu viel versprochen

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gut, kleine, ruhige Siedlung, (leider in Hörweite zur Hauptstraße) mit Zugang zum Meer, eigener Strand existiert nicht, dafür muss man nach Moriani Plage. Wir haben den Aufenthalt auch mit den kleinen Widrigkeiten sehr genossen.

Für uns war die Duplexvillahälfte genau richtig, wir kannten die Gegend und konnten zielgerichtet unterwegs sein. Erschrocken waren wir darüber, wie viele Meter Küste das Meer innerhalb von 5 Jahren „weggefressen“ hatte. Aber die Rettungs-Arbeiten am Strand gingen gut voran. Dabei waren Strandzugang und Strand direkt bei uns etwas eingeschränkt, aber wir haben das Baden im Meer trotzdem genossen. Merci! …sehr zu empfehlen…

Urlaub mit Kindern

Die Unterkunft ist für kinder super geeignet, sobald eine Treppe kein Problem mehr darstellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Strand ist flach abfallend und war zumindest während unserem aufenthalt nicht zu voll. Der Sandstreifen ist eher schmal. Auch ein vorteil wenn man kinder im Blick behalten möchte! In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Wanderwege in den Bergen und auch eine Flussbadestelle mit Wasserfall! An- und Abreise haben problemlos geklappt!

Trotz verspäteter Ankunft (21 Uhr) war die Übergabe vor Ort bestens organisiert (permanente Kommunikation mit dem Concierge/Eingentümer). Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung auf der Webseite eingerichtet und in einem guten Zustand. Für uns war alles genauso wie versprochen (strandnah; schnell die Insel erkunden; Supermarkt/Bäcker/Restaurant 2 Minuten zu Fuß). Rundum ein sehr angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt. - 5 Sterne

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Lage ist wirklich toll! Schnell am Strand, der nicht überbevölkert ist. Alles was es braucht in Laufreichweite. Ruhige Anlage, sicher für Kinder. Toll ist auch der Garten. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und damit auch hier: alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir möchten wieder einmal zurück kommen, so hat es uns gefallen. Danke Philippe und Anthony!

Alles super, Traumwohnung. TOP Lage

Sehr saubere und gepflegte, hochwertige Wohnung in einer guten, sicheren und abgetrennten Residenz mit eigenem Strandzugang. Gute und umfassende Austattung, innen wie außen. Wir haben früh und abends auf der Terrasse am Haus gegessen und konnten den Garten super nutzen zum Erholen, lesen und Musik hören. Zum Strand sind es direkt wirklich nur 60 Sekunden zu Fuß. Ein sehr guter Bäcker und ein gut ausgestatteter SPAR Markt sind direkt vor dem Haus, dort konnten wir an jedem Tag unsere Einkäufe erledigen und ohne das Auto nutzen zu müssen. Alles sehr unkompliziert! Das Objekt wird von einem eigenen Concierge Service betreut, dieser hat uns trotz etwas chaotischer Fährverbindung und später Anreise mitten in der Nacht gut in die Wohnung geführt. Wir sind als Familie zu viert mit 2 Töchtern (13 und 10) im Juli 2021 gereist und hatten super Ferien. Alles wie online beschrieben. Schneller und unbürokratischer Kontakt zu Vermieter und Concierge Service. Jederzeit wieder!

Strandnahes hübsches Häuschen

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist neu und in gutem Zustand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer sind komfortabel und groß, die beiden Schlafzimmer gemütlich und mit sehr bequemen Matratzen. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Der Balkon am großen Schlafzimmer hat sogar Meerblick. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem großen Sofa ist ebenfalls gemütlich, man kann sich dort abends gut aufhalten. Der Garten mit der Terrasse bietet viel Platz und ist rundum eingezäunt, so dass wir keine Angst haben mussten, dass der Hund wegläuft. Alle Zimmer verfügen über die Möglichkeit zu heizen. Der Weg zum Strand ist wie beschrieben sehr kurz. Der Strand ist sehr schön, man kann kilometerweit die Küste entlang gehen, immer an schönem Strand, der nur dezent bebaut ist. Direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein sehr guter Bäcker, der sogar bereits ab 6:00 geöffnet hat. Der Hausmeister ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir auf Grund einer Flugverspätung erst gegen 23:00 angekommen sind, war er zur Stelle, hat uns in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wirklich eine rundum empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Sehr schöne, ruhige und saubere Anlage. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Kann die Anlage nur weiterempfehlen.
