Beautiful condo in the heart of Santa Fe

Lincoln 401 is a well-appointed condo property in the heart of Santa Fe, just two blocks from the plaza and Palace of Governors. Pros: very comfy furniture for relaxing, reading. Fireplaces put out a good amount of heat. Very well appointed kitchen. Walkable to nearly any part of Santa Fe Cons: water pressure in shower was poor; lights under cupboards in kitchen heated up the cupboards significantly; some of the lights didn't work - likely an electrical wiring issue.

Fantastic property with a great location

We stayed here for my son’s wedding. It was perfect accommodations for our family. I had booked another property which later informed me children were not allowed. My grandson was only 4 months old. Seriously? I am going to send them a Thank you because that is when I booked this property which was much nicer. Highly recommend this property.

We didn't want to leave!!

We just loved this condo! We wanted a place close to the plaza and this was the perfect spot. Condo is beautifully furnished and we enjoyed sitting out on the wrap around porch. We would definitely stay again!

This apartment is so quiet, cozy, and delightfully appointed. This is the second time we have stayed here and looking forward to next year already. Other places we have stayed in Santa Fe don't compare!

Great apartment

Perfect layout with 3 master suites for our family. Very quiet and the place has everything we need. I wish the fridge had filtered water, but otherwise the appliances were great. I traveled with 5 kids including a baby; our pack-n-play fit nicely in one of the spacious closets, so baby had a quiet place to sleep. Parking was convenient. We’ve stayed for a week at a time over the years in 3 or 4 other Santa Fe houses close to midtown, but this place is far superior. We will definitely choose to stay here for our next visit.

This is a high end property very close to the Plaza. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and galleries. Nice views as well. We were able to entertain friends for dinner with ease. Highly recommend!

Perfect place

This place was wonderful and really made our stay in Santa Fe. We enjoyed Spanish tapas and coffee and gelato just steps from the front door as well as being a block from the plaza. In the evenings, we enjoyed the views from the four decks and just hanging out in the beautiful condo. Communication with the management team was excellent as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic luxury location in the heart of Santa Fe!

We had a fabulous time - spotlessly clean, great views and people watching from the balcony, spacious, beautifully decorated. We walked everywhere in the city, taking in great restaurants, museums and fun shops. Wonderful for a special weekend between friends or couples.

Fantatic Santa Fe Gem

Santa Fe Girls Trip

We just returned yesterday from a long weekend girls trip to Santa Fe. There were 5 of us traveling together. Lincoln Residence 401 was fabulous. Beautiful accommodations, 3 large bedrooms with king beds, ensuite bathrooms and excellent location for exploring Santa Fe. The amenities were plentiful and we even used the living room fireplace once as it actually snowed while we were there! Another plus was convenient parking which was included in the price. The pictures of the residence are current and the condition was immaculate. We loved our location and our time in Santa Fe. We would definitely recommend Lincoln 401 to groups of up to 6 persons. We were told there is an adjacent residence which can also be rented, giving you up to 5 bedrooms together.
