Our room was gorgeous. A few glitches trying to get into the hotel. We called the hotel to find out where we should park in order to check in. I talked to the front desk who said no you need to talk to the concierge. Of course that call went straight to voicemail. When I walked into the hotel and went to the concierge desk, where there were two concierge, neither one doing anything, they said you need to go to the front desk. I felt defeated.
