I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Inn. The rooms felt very neglected and poorly maintained, and the property overall looks old and worn. The bathroom had visible mold on the walls, which is unacceptable and concerning from a health standpoint.
Noise was a constant issue. There was very loud noise coming from neighboring rooms and from above, especially whenever someone used the shower. The pipes made an extremely loud noise for the entire duration of the water running, making it difficult to rest or sleep.
Front desk service was also lacking. After 6 PM, there was no staff available—only a note instructing guests to call a number. I tried calling and left messages, but no one ever answered or returned the calls.
Although the Inn advertises free breakfast, the quality was very poor. The food selection was bad, and on one occasion there was so much smoke coming from the waffle station that it felt like a fire was about to start, which was alarming.
I stayed for three nights, and during that time there was no room service at all. Trash was never collected, and the room was not attended to in any way.
Overall, this stay did not come close to justifying the amount of money charged. The lack of maintenance, service, cleanliness, and responsiveness made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this Inn based on my stay.
