We have an Irreplaceable Location with Direct Ocean Views from the back unit. Only 1 Block Off Ocean. The only area separating The BACK COTTAGE accross the street and the Ocean is the Beautiful Santa Barbara Park!

The Back unit is fully furnished with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 60” HD TV's w/ Blue Ray DVD, Wireless Internet access, as well as off-street parking. The property is recently renovated and the interiors are professionally decorated to provide our guests with the ultimate in style and comfort. The cottage offers views to Cabrillo Park and the ocean. We have two stroller-joggers, beach chairs and towels, pack-n-plays and some beach toys. This cottage is a true getaway that has it all. I've been renting VRBO in various locations for many years, and THIS was by far the BEST rental experience I've ever had! Everything was perfect! Location, comfort and amenities, parking and attention to detail. Beach chairs and towels were furnished. Darling and comfortable back yard and patio. The host went WAY out of his way to accommodate a special birthday request from my daughter (I was celebrating a BIG birthday). He was prompt and thorough with communication, friendly and just a delight to work with before, during and after our stay. I HIGHLY recommend this rental and the host. I will absolutely be back, as I visit Santa Barbara every year. BEST HOST and BEST rental experience EVER!!

There’s nothing glitzy about East Beach Cottage, but if you’re looking for a comfortable, homey spot just steps to the ocean and the best of the Santa Barbara waterfront, this is your place! My wife & I, along with our 12-year-old dog, spent a week here in late April and we absolutely loved it!! After staying in hotels on our last few visits to the area, we had narrowed down where we wanted to be, and East Beach Cottage was situated perfectly. Tucked in amongst a number of other rental properties, this place really felt different - small, but with plenty of space for a couple. It boasts two nice-sized bedrooms and one small bathroom, along with a perfectly adequate kitchen and comfortable living room with French doors that open out onto the back yard with an absolutely stunning view of the ocean and pier in the distance. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything more, and our dog loved it, too. (The fenced-in backyard with easy access from the living room gave him easy access to the back yard, where we all spent time just lounging on the nice, new patio furniture with handy shade from a deck umbrella.) Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy this wonderful place, but we’ll certainly stay here again if it’s available the next time that we travel to Santa Barbara!!!

The location was ideal for beach access and you can park three cars in the driveway. The backyard has a great view of the ocean and an area for lounging For the size of the cottage, the bedrooms were nice and large. I would recommend staying at this cottage to family and friends.

We had a great stay at the cottage. Check in was easy. Everything was super in the house and the location was just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Upon arrival the check in/ entry of the home was easy with no complications. The East Cottage was clean and we felt very comfortable. Our beds were very comfy with clean cotton sheets and plush comforters. The house has all the basic amenities a beautiful view, centrally located for our trip. I loved that the furnishings were not your average cold cheap IKEA feel. The house is very charming. We have no complaints and the host was great. Thank you for a great stay. (Only wished the beds were bigger, but they were very comfy)

Wonderful, relaxing place to stay for several days with our two fur babies. The location is excellent, just about a block from the gorgeous beach. The cottage is very clean and comfy, stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Our two dogs enjoyed playing in the completely fenced in backyard right off of the living room area. We enjoyed walking along State Street with all of its many shops and restaurants. David, the host was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage.
