Perhaps the best hotel we stayed in US, even beats most of the 5-star hotels. The room is large and spacious, the bathroom has walk-in show stall which is almost hard to find in U.S., something already a household feature for many decades. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is simply perfect.

The Good: The property was very well maintained, and the rooms were clean. The AC and heat worked very well. The water pressure and temperature worked very well. There was plenty of dresser space and a small, but satisfactory closet. TV with cable worked perfectly and provided enough channels. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly. The Bad: There was no heat lamp next to the shower and heating in the bathroom. The pullout couch bed was too firm. The soap was not good. The toilet is very low (Bad for elderly people). There are no grab bars in the shower or by the toilet (Bad for elderly people).

Parking was so easy, expected to need to search the streets for a space but they have a parking lot and spaces available. Was a little dubious about how nice the room would be from the pictures but we were blown away, was so fresh and clean, north building looked like it had just been built, wish we had time to stay longer, whole area was clean and lovely to walk around at night
