Surrounded by colourful flowers and a spacious lawn garden, the villa offers wonderful sea views from the private pool area as well as from the balconies, creating a truly relaxing Mediterranean setting. The property is thoughtfully arranged as a main house and a separate annexe, each offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and its own kitchen, making it an excellent choice for larger groups who value both space and privacy. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Just a 2 minute walk from the beautiful sandy Binibeca Beach, this villa is ideally positioned between the popular areas of Cala Torret and Binibeca Vell. A good selection of bars, restaurants and shops can all be reached within a few minutes on foot, while a local bus stop is around a 5 minute walk away, making this a great choice for guests not wishing to hire a car.
