It has 250 meters built, private pool, bar equipped with fridge, freezer, barbecue etc. Good situation to move to different beaches, Sanlucar, Chipiona, Costa Ballena, Rota, Puerto de Santa Maria and Cadiz. and towns such as Jerez de la Frontera with an airport about 30 minutes from Sanlucar de Barrameda. It is essential to have a vehicle.
