Staff were amazing and very helpful. It’s probably the low end of the budget scale hotels I’ve been in otherwise. Sheets were stained and had crumbs of some type all over them. The blanket was as thin as a sheet and the bed felt like it was a 20 year old $100 queen mattress. You could feel and hear every spring and sunk in the middle like a deflating air mattress. It’s old and low budget so I didn’t expect anything fancy or ‘nice’ but it also just didn’t feel clean in general. I stayed a night for work purposes don’t know that I would stay here again, even if only to get 5 hours of sleep between turnaround shifts. Served its purpose for my stay that time though.

I could not stay due to the condition of the room and property in general. I booked a non smoking room but it reaked of smoke. There were burns on the dirty bedding and men cat calling me the minute I arrived. The clerk told me to contact Expedia to get my refund. I did so before I even left. Management later refused to refund me eventhough I had the clerk sign my receipt saying I did not stay. When I called the property directly I cursed at and hung up on. I didn't expect much more than a clean safe place to sleep and shower as my son and I were just passing through. We ended up sleeping in our car at a rest area. The rest area was much safer and cleaner than this place.

Room was not clean, towels and rags were stained, hair on ceiling of shower, trash behind the TV stand, TV didn't work. Toilet seat was broken, doors were never wiped down, dirt in corners behind all doors. We stayed for a week and no one came and got trash or have us fresh towels.
