Beds were soft, hair on them. Breakfast was basic AF. We left around 5:30pm to pick up our kids from the water park, housekeeping came into our room to clean up and threw our food away. Told front desk he couldn't do anything. Talked to manager she just took $30 off our room. Probably wont stay there again. They need to do better job with cleaning. Elevators were dirty, rooms had hair in sheets. Some staff were friendly others not so.

The check in desk took 25 minutes to resolve a problem the computer had with a single customer - her companion checked in fine. Meanwhile 4 parties waited to be checked in. The clerk told us there would be a new computer system in 3 weeks. You needed a new computer system now and a clerk trained to deal with difficult situations.
