Was a very odd hotel. The people that run it live in the hotel. There were still dirty towels on our room upon arrival. Hotel was dirty and the outside doors were always open because they had duck tape on the latches so they never locked . That’s not safe! They had no cleaning staff. We had to bring our dirty stuff down when we left. Our toilet didn’t work and still didn’t move us. Just a very strange experience!!

This was on no part of Expedia. The hotel from what pictures they have provided are false. This hotel is absolutely disgusting, the owner refused to give a refund for cleaning the toilet in our room, along with dried toothpaste in the sink. While I do know people can locally rent out rooms like an apartment, it almost seemed like we got someones permanent (for the time being) room because of the things that were “visibly” dirty. Just called it a “wash” with already having the room paid. Went and reserved a room same day at the Best Western in Norwalk, very nice there!!

I had to ring the desk bell four times and finally yell to get someone to check us in. The guy at the front desk gave us a list of does and don’ts. One of the don’ts was that we couldn’t leave key card in our room when we checked out or they would charge us. They DIDN’T clean our room either day, not even fresh towels. They threatened to fine us $20 if we brought pool towels back to our room. Idk how else we were supposed to get clean towels! The pool was too cold to us to swim in, way too cold. I pick this place by accident and I’ll never step foot in there again. It was a horrible experience!
