Villa in co-ownership with 2 flates in a 1300m² enclosed garden planted with trees.The town centre and the beach are a 10 minute walk away.The flat,on the first floor is confortable and very bright. It looks out onto the Sanary harbour. It has double glazing.It is possible to use part of the pleasure garden and the communal parts and the car park (about 500 m²).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Relaxed stay in Sanary

Etienne and Annick were delightful and thoughtful hosts. The view over the bay is stunning. Apartment very conveniently located. Good shops close by and the walk to the port or beaches is easy. Off road parking simple and convenient. Apartment is close to a very busy road so would be noisy if windows open but no problem if windows closed. At the height of summer some may find the lack of air conditioning a problem. We noted the warnings from the boulangerie about West Nile disease so people have to adopt sensible precautions about mosquitos. Such minor matters aside at the time of year we visited the apartment was excellent

Belle maison 1900

Très belle maison ancienne, carreaux de ciment, tomettes, ancien escalier... avec grand jardin. Très chaleureuse. Une vue à couper le souffle. Bien située entre les plages et le port. Prévoir une voiture même si le chemin piétonnier pour rejoindre le centre ville est à côté de la maison. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très à l'écoute. Seul bémol : la rue passante qui fait du bruit. Heureusement la maison est équipée de grands ventilateurs au plafond. On peut dormir fenêtres fermées. A noter : stationnement de la voiture dans la propriété fermée. Très pratique à Sanary.

Très bonne semaine

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Aucunes surprises, tout est conforme à la description. Belle maison avec une très belle vue et un grand jardin. Petits commerces à proximité, idéal pour avoir du bon pain frais tous les matins. Merci à M. et Mme Jette pour votre gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette belle location.

Avantages : Belle vue sur la mer, appartement dans maison agréable et spacieuse sur les hauteurs dans quartier calme avec commerces à proximité. Inconvénients : peut paraître un peu éloigné du CV et plages SI l’on souhaite circuler à pieds (avec de jeunes enfants car ça monte beaucoup!). Réfrigérateur et micro-onde à changer/moderniser.

Maison de caractère à Sanary

Les propriétaires sont charmants. Ils ont été très aidants pour l'accès routier et pour la découverte de Sanary. La maison est située sur un terrain arboré qui donne un accès rapide au port. Elle est malheureusement soumise, en période estivale, aux nuisances d'une route très passante.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mr et Mme Jette dans leur belle maison avec un superbe jardin ombragé dans lequel il faisait bon de se reposer l'après midi ou le soir rafraichis par un petit air marin. L'appartement est fonctionnel, de grandes pièces bien aménagées et confortables, et une magnifique vue sur la mer depuis les chambres et le salon. Très appréciable aussi la proximité des commerces à 3 min à pieds, le centre de Sanary, typique village provençal avec son joli port et la plage dorée à 25 min à pieds au beau sable fin et à la mer cristalline. Emplacement idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille!

De vraies belles vacances !

Tout y est : la belle maison de famille, le salon de jardin ombragé, les oiseaux qui vous chantent la sérénade tous les matins et LA VUE ! Quelle merveille de commencer la journée de cette façon... Ensuite, tout est conforme à la description, les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pied y compris boulangerie, boucher, fromager, marchand de journaux, caviste, supérette ce qui dépanne bien. Puis à 15 minutes à pied, à nous les balades, le marché tous les matin et les cafés et les apéro sur le port ! Et le clou : de belles petites plages et une mer turquoise pour se rafraîchir, également à 15 ou 20 minutes à pied. Une fois de retour, la maison est fraîche et la literie est bonne, on est frais et dispo pour la journée suivante ! Par ailleurs nos hôtes nous ont accueillies avec prévenance et gentillesse. Nous conserverons pour sûr précieusement cette jolie adresse pour y revenir.

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. La maison est bien équipée et possède un beau jardin, ce qui est très agréable. Le centre, le port et la mer se trouvent à 15/20 minutes à pied, on peut donc se déplacer facilement sans voiture. Plusieurs commerces à proximités : boulangerie, boucherie traiteur, pizzeria, bureau de tabac, petite épicerie... Idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances au calme

Ein wundervolles Haus im Herzen von Sanary

Wer immer schon in einer der wundervollen alten Villen von Sanary Urlaub machen wollte, ist hier am richtigen Ort. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ersten Stock des Hauses, der wundervolle, verwunschene und große Garten steht zur Verfügung und lädt ein zu gemütlichen Stunden. Strand, Markt und Innenstadt sind in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ein echtes Highlight: der Blick vom Wohnzimmer über die Bucht von Sanary! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind sehr herzlich von den Besitzern empfangen worden. Vielen Dank für die wunderbaren Tage, die wir hier verbringen konnten. Das perfekte Feriendomizil für alle, die für sich sein möchten und dennoch nahe am Stadtzentrum. Und für alle, die im Urlaub nicht nach 100% Ruhe suchen: vor dem Haus verläuft die Einfallstrasse nach Sanary und das hört man. Was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
