The grounds are beautiful, well maintained, peaceful. Staff is very friendly especially with children. We had a wonderful time both at the poolside and at the beach. The multiple pool sizes were great for children. The beach is not as isolated as the pictures lead on. Yes, there are enough beach chairs for hotel customers, but to either side of that designated area are crowds of Italians enjoying the beach. If you want isolated… this is not for you. We personally had a great time though. People respected the hotel area and did not overcrowd the water either. Water is clean and the sand is white and soft. It really is beautiful. As for the resort, a few negative things to mention. I wish the cleaning staff were more diligent with details and replaced things that were empty or missing since it’s a 5 star hotel. For example my robe was missing for 3 days until I called to get it replaced, body wash was finished and not replaced until I asked someone. The restaurant and pool bar are great, I just wished they had daily specials for children. After a week, the menu gets boring. Another thing to note, if you are allergic to bees or afraid of them, this might not the place for you. The staff really tries hard to control them but they are very bothersome at breakfast and dinner. At times you feel like you are battling bees instead of enjoying your meal. But again… I think that is part of nature there. Overall, my family did love it and would stay there again.

Our stay at Baglioni Resort Sardinia was nothing short of incredible! The booking process was simple, and check-in was seamless. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive and helpful, making the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. The setting of the resort is breathtaking, surrounded by the natural beauty of Sardinia with views of crystal-clear waters and untouched coastline. The resort is perfectly designed to blend modern luxury with the charm of the island. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, providing both comfort and relaxation. Dining was exceptional. Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality foods, and dinners at the resort’s restaurants were a highlight. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, showcasing local flavors with impeccable presentation. Facilities were outstanding. The pool and private beach access were pristine, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the water. The wellness center and gym were equally impressive, offering both relaxation and the chance to stay active. Transfers and resort services were efficient, making it easy to explore nearby San Teodoro or simply relax on the property. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. They anticipated needs before we even had to ask and gave excellent recommendations for activities and dining in the area. Our favorite part of the stay was enjoying the pristine beach and turquoise sea combined!

From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was absolutely outstanding. Greetings from all workers including front desk staff/management were very professional. Very accommodating! This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved the kids club giving adults time to adult, love the restaurants and the staff who treated everyone special, and loved the room. I can not wait to return!

This was one of the best vacations we have ever had in this resort. The beach was one of the best I’ve spent 14 days at, the pool was nice too. The amenities they provided like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion all acqua Parma high end products. I had a spacious room and housekeeping came twice a day and did a great job. I attended a start of summer party which they did very well with everything included, live music, drinks and gourmet food from their restaurant Gusto, it was a great night. Tuesday is pizza night where they have a pizza truck on the premises for 30 euros per individual pizza, fun night. On Wednesday they had Sardo night with traditional local entertainment and typical Sardinian food also a fun evening. The maître d'hôtel would come around in their restaurant and explain the fresh fish available and how it is prepared, one night they prepared for me half lobster with pasta and red sauce for 118 euros. Local Sardinian wines were available and delicious, I pretty much ordered the same one daily for 60 euros. Breakfast was either buffet or order from a menu with eggs made to order or a buffet with everything you can imagine all included with your room. I didn’t have a rental car but if you wanted to experience another restaurant in neighboring towns it was 10 euros per head each way on their shuttle. They have a wonderful bar area with live music daily, I had a grey goose 18 euros with club soda 10 euros extra, my wife had an aperol spritz 23 euro

This resort is beautiful. The grounds are magnificent and the beach is paradise. Clear water and white sand. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a superior room which is standard. It was a little small but we didn’t care. The concierge was very helpful in securing a car for us at hotel. U do need a car anywhere u stay in Sardinia. It is a few minute walk to beach but didn’t mind as we got in our steps in and once u see the beach it doesn’t matter. We visited other 5 star resorts in the area but honestly they were more expensive and the beaches weren’t nearly as nice. It is a very family friendly resort which for us wasn’t the best but it seems Sardinia is very family friendly. My husband was hesitant to book here because he read some negative reviews and I’m so glad I didn’t listen. We loved it and would come back again and again

Wir haben in der letzten Woche einen schönen Urlaub im Hotel Baglioni genossen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die schöne gepflegte saubere Anlage und die unseres Erachtens sehr schönen Zimmer. Wir hatten eine Familien-Suite mit Garten, wo man auch am Abend sehr schön chillen konnte, wenn man einmal keine Lust hatte, auswärts zu essen. Positiv ist auch, dass Wasser im Zimmer wie am Strand kostenlos sind. Pro Zimmer sind Liegen am Strand reserviert, der Strand an sich ist traumhaft. Am Pool hatten wir zu dieser Jahreszeit immer Platz, in der Hochsaison denken wir aber, das könnte etwas eng werden. Hin- und hergerissen sind wir bei der Bewertung des Restaurants. Wir haben zwei Mal im Hotel gegessen, am ersten Abend sehr kleine Portionen, am zweiten Abend besser, an beiden Abenden teurer. Wein, den wir getrunken haben, kostet beim Händler 25 Euro, im Hotel 80 Euro. Wer sich das Baglioni leisten kann, wird es aber verschmerzen können. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe, uns selbst gefallen auch Agriturismi - mit etwas Geduld findet man schöne Orte, wo man viel und gut essen kann. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel Baglioni aber weiter empfehlen, der Gesamteindruck war positiv. Die einigen negativen Kommentare können wir nicht verstehen, Klagen auf einem sehr hohen Niveau.
