Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time) Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted. Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available with a total of 4 spaces There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out. Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 6 adults at any time.

Perfect Arizona Experience
This was the perfect property for me. During my stay I had family and friends stay with me at various times. All agreed that the location is great as a jumping off point to visit spots in the Phoenix area, and beyond. The house was spotless. It was thoughtfully provisioned for all of our needs. The manual provided excellent guidance. I would stay here if I return to the Phoenix area. I felt totally safe in this gated community. The whole experience was 10/10! Thank you!
