Horrible experience. All 3 nights they never came to clean the room, not even offer to change the towels even though we put a sign at the front door. There is a restaurant right outside of the room which blasts music with a huge base until 11pm every night. Be aware that all the rooms on the first floor don’t have a min fridge, made up pay an extra $25 each night to move upstairs, I have a 2 year old and needed a fridge for Milk and food. The “free breakfast” was horrible! Expired dairy and old nasty beans. I WILL NEVER stay here again.

The room smelled like sewer. There was no hot water. The TV remote did not work the first of 2 nights. Breakfast was horrible. No blowdryer. Office staff left at 5 pm. The security guard found a manager, who said he would get back to us, but never did. The room was overpriced for what it offered. The pictures made it look like a seaside resort, but it’s not.

This hotel is located near El Malecón. Beach front view walkable distance to other small eateries and their flea markets, restaurants and bars. The hotel room it self had a horrible underground black water smell constantly, even when walking by the property as the hotel is small (about 8 rooms). Our suite was called “El Tunco” no warm or hot water on the shower. The included the breakfast which was super horrible. We waited about 30 mins just to receive cold coffee. The food was cold, you only have an option of 4 choices from the whole breakfast- we had to pay extra for a glass of orange juice and water. The restaurant was barely empty, only 1 server and had to walk to another location to bring the food. Mopping sink right by the tables 😠. The worst was the pool. The pool hasn’t been cleaned I think in years. It had all that nasty green mold and people were even inside. The only thing good was the bed, they had a little “chale” right infront of the hotel and they could sell drinks. They offer laundry services at a reasonable price and that was a plus. Won’t be staying here for sanitary reasons.

The room was clean and the kitchen area was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was kind and attentive. The view was fantastic and the restaurant was great. The only improvements would be to clean the pool and the bamboo bar was never open during our stay.

Everything was awful, I arrived on time to the hotel but the door was locked and nobody answered. The hotel is in a different location than the restaurant, parking lot is separate too. There is no beach to swim, there is ocean view but you can swim at all. The place and amenities are not worth the price they charge. I didn’t stay in the hotel because it didn’t look clean or I didn’t feel welcome. I don’t recommend this place at all. Expedia should check it out the places before offering online. I am so disappointed about this place.
