Relaxing Get Away

This studio apartment was clean & comfortable. Kaitlynn was super helpful and attentive. She organized our excursions and our golf cart. This location is superb. Short walk to many restaurants & over-the-water Palapa bars, sandy beach, town, and to our excursion company. We had a very relaxing stay.

Beware of Location

The property manager was great and helpful. The downfall of the place is the location and lack of information in the listing. It was extremely loud in the condo from about 6am until midnight with the road, businesses and airport noise. The hot water did not work at first. We ultimately left after one night to find a quieter place with larger bed and working hot water.

Excellent!

We stayed in Flat 3C at the Belizean Reef and it was just perfect for what we wanted. Yvette and her staff were wonderful - friendly, helpful, and so easy to work with. The property is in a good location, and is safe and clean. We would most definitely go back and stay in the same flat (a studio) if just the 2 of us, or one of the 1-Bedroom flats if our entire family came. One thing to note - if you are expecting a luxury resort with someone bringing you drinks and massaging your feet, this isn't the place. But if you want a safe, clean, secure place that is comfortable and in a great location in San Pedro, this is it. We will definitely be returning! This would also be a great place for an extended stay!

PERFECT!

We stayed here on a previous vacation and just loved it! It is extremely clean and beautifully decorated with an Island feel. The location is perfect! We were within walking distance of grocery stores, the clinic, restaurants and bars, yet we were far enough at the edge of town to have peace and quiet at night. The pier is beautiful! We sat and swam often. Yvette, the property manager is wonderful. She will help you with all of your needs and questions. Irmeta, the housekeeper did a fantastic job as well. I love it here and will be returning again and again! Soooo worth the affordable price!

Great staff and property location

This property is in a perfect location in San Pedro. It is on the waterfront and steps from several great restaurants and vendors. The staff is amazing and the owners are very nice. Unlike other rentals, they will clean your room daily and they have filtered water. We even had someone pick us up from the boat taxi and dropped us off so we wouldn't have to walk with the luggage. The only negative thing about the property is the bed in the room. It is pretty uncomfortable and feels more like a pullout couch bed, but as long as you aren't expecting anything fancy it will meet all your needs. Great property, highly recommend!

Lovely condo and amazing people

This condo is very cute, and it is designed very efficiently. The owners, Connie and Bill, are wonderful to work with, and were very helpful to us during our stay. How often does the owner of a rental condo appear on your doorstep with a Bloody Mary and some juice on the day of your departure? Yvette was always very helpful as well. We loved the people of San Pedro--so very genuine. While the proximity of the condo to the airport is great, it is also a little loud in the morning with the early flights. Overall, a great place to stay!

Clean close to everything

Clean 1room studio, kitchen had everything care taker Yvette was awesome the owners Bill and Connie very friendly, only problem for us was the noise if your late to bed and early to rise it’s perfect. location to most everything we walked every where rented bikes for a day that was cool all in all great place to stay

Perfect small suite feels like home for 1-2 people

I was traveling solo and I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Right in the heart of town, I could walk and bike to anywhere on the island, and the property manager made sure I had what I needed. The little kitchen had it all, and I love the decor throughout. The rooftop allowed gorgeous views, and the private beachfront felt indulgent! If you prefer a simple, authentic experience over touristy resorts, I highly recommend Belizean Reef.

The owners of this condo are very sweet people they went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. The condo was very nice and roomy. When we come back we will definitely stay here. I'm not one to do a lot of talking but this is a excellent place to stay for a great price. Thanks for you hospitality Rhonda I recommend Blue Heaven for Diving and other excursions.

Comfortable, private boutique condos with a beautiful court-yard.

My wife and I stayed at Belizean Reef on September 4 - 8, 2017. It's a beautiful and comfortable place to stay with everything in it to feel at home. The property manager Yvette really made us feel at home and took an outstanding care of us. She met us at airport and after we settled she offered us the city tour and helped with shopping. She is an excellent tour and shopping guide. Yvette introduced Belizean culture to us and after a couple of hours my wife and I already felt like locals. Belizean Reef personnel takes a good care of the guests. Room cleaning, laundry, maintenance - everything was prompt, quick and professional. We fell in love with this place and the people running it. The second day we accidentally saw a beach front unit and asked for an upgrade to one bedroom with the sea view and spacious furnished terrace which is a lovely place for romantic dinners and watching the Sunrise in the mornings. The sea front is only 50 feet away from the building. Nice public beach. Nearest restaurants and bars are all within a 2 - minute walking distance . The area is absolutely safe. 7 - 8 minutes to the city center. Belizean Reef is an excellent place to stay for first time visitors and guests who are in doubt of staying at remote resorts in the North part of the island. Belizean Reef is an excellent for learning Belizean culture and the life style. Yet it is also a great romantic place for new weds and families. We thank the owners and the staff for their hospitality. Thank you very much for everything, Yvette. We love you and everybody at Belizean who made our stay happy! Sincerely, Victor & Galina. Incredible

My boyfriend and I stayed here for what was supposed to be 6 nights and the other 4 we were going to stay elsewhere.... We ended up staying at Belizean Reef the entire time cause it was so lovely!!! The rooms are adorable, they have EVERYTHING you need or want, staff is awesome, the location couldn't be better and it's affordable!!!! I will definitely return
