With a large living room with fireplace, American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room , a glazed terrace, outdoor terrace and barbecue area, this vacation home offers you everything you need for a dream vacation.

The fantastic Mediterranean weather allows you to enjoy this area all year round. Do all kinds of water sports, enjoy walks along the beach promenade of Torrevieja or dine in national and international restaurants or go shopping in the malls or smaller stores.

Visited villa Martin numerous times, this property was disappointing. It could be a stunning property, but is in need of a lot of repairs/modernisation. Broken tiles on the pool steps, the bathroom wall tiles are hanging off, the ensuite shower wasnt even worth using it's so underpowered, the shower in the other bathroom was unusable as someone has screwed the bracket to the wall the wrong way up!The pool was lovely, but the lighting didn't work, the chairs around the pool were broken and unusable.
