LA CASA Y LA UBICACIÓN ESTUPENDO PARA MUCHA GENTE. LA PISCINA MUY LIMPIA, PERO NO NOS AVISARON POR LA LIMPIEZA DE LA PISCINA. DE REPENTE ESTABA UNA PERSONA DENTRO. NO NOS GUSTÓ MUCHO. LA INSTALACIÓN ELÉCTRICA FATAL, PARA NINOS UN PELIGRO. LA LIMPIEZA SEGÚN FOTOS EN ALGUNAS COSAS MAL Y EL ESTADO DE LA CASA PARA MEJORAR. EN GENERAL DISFRUTAMOS LAS VACACIONES. MUCHAS GRACIAS

Enjoyed our stay but felt the facilities were lacking . Only 1 broom to clean 2villa and brush the outside area . No hot water in one of the kitchens . Felt the villa needed TLC .

Het verblijf was goed, op een zeer gunstige locatie dichtbij de kust, faciliteiten en het vliegveld. Het zwembad was fantastisch, speciaal voor de kinderen. Vliegtuigen vliegen over, vooral in het weekend zijn het er wel veel, maar het was niet heel storend. Sommige voorzieningen in het huis waren iets verouderd. In één van de nachten viel de elektriciteit uit, waarvoor de volgende dag een monteur moest komen. Het probleem was binnen een paar uur opgelost. Prettige communicatie met de eigenaar.

Der Unterhalt der Anlage „lässt zu wünschen übrig „ Die Einrichtung und Ausrüstung der Küchen sind aus das Notwendigste ausgestattet. Ein Kaffeeautomat mit Kapseln fehlt ein, will man heute nicht mehr missen!!Das alle 20-30 Min. ein Flugzeug im Landeanflug über das Haus fliegt (zwischen 09.00-18.00Uhr wird im Prospekt mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Pool und Aussenbereich auch der Grillbereich waren sauber und es war sehr angenehm sich in dem Bereich aufzuhalten. Zimmer und Nasszellen sehr unterschiedlich zwischen gut und knapp genügend. Für Zwei Ehepaare war die Unterkunft ungenügend, sodass sie ins Hotel wechselten!

Outstanding Stay in Villa Alamos Park

A wonderful stay, the villa is a pure delight and very much served the purpose of our little excursion, this was to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday with family - all had a simply fabulous time, the location of san blas, los Abrigos and the transport links to Los Cristianos/Americas was great.

Amazing Spacious Villa

We booked this Villa for my 50th Birthday and hired all 3 Villas.The Villa is so spacious that it did not feel that you were on top of one another and you could find a quiet space if you wanted to.The villa is very clean and comes with ample pool towels. We were lucky with the weather so spent most of our time outside however there was ample room for our guests in the main villa as well.The kitchens are well equipped for the number of people although we did eat out most of the time.The pictures do not do the listing justice the pool is a lot bigger than we imagined although a little chilly when you first get in the body soon adapts and it is a pleasant experience the pool even had games that were in the pool / Drying house.It is also nice that you are in a street on your own for my actual birthday an ABBA Tribute band was hired in and the villa is so set up for this and looked amazing.The villa is located about 10 minutes from the San Blas Square where there are a variety of bars and restaurants we would highly recommend La Taberna the food and service are exceptional, The Emerald Sports bar is great for a stop of and watch any sports or just relax and have a drink.Communication with the owner from start to finish has been outstanding answering any questions I had and reassured me at all times.If you are looking for a villa for a large party I would recommend Villa Alamos great area and close to all amenities.

Great family holiday!

Had a lovely stay at Villa Alamos Park. We were a family of 20 and used the villa, annexe and apartment, which was ideal! The huge pool was amazing and the outside shaded lounge area was used constantly. Shops, bars and restaurants are a short walk away and plenty of taxis if needed. The host, Jon, was very quick at answering any questions we had and even managed to let us check in early , which we were so thankful for.

Lovely and Spacious villa

This Villa was absolutely lovely, we were a big party and it never felt cramped at all. The outside area was just perfect, a lovely comfortable seating area under shade, dining tables in numerous places, sunbeds and the pool was fantastic! We couldn't get the kids out! Really useful touches such as washing up liquid sponge, tea towels, hand soap, towels and a pump for the inflatables were great. Short walk to restuarants and shops including a small supermarket. Really quiet location which was lovely for us! We hired a car which we found useful to visit nearby places. Only small negative I could say is it would of been useful to have a manual in the villa itself, although the app was good, instructions for the oven, washing machine, trips etc would of been useful and the hot water took a while to come through but once it did showers were fab! Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa and would happily stay again! :-)

Fantastic location & property but in need of some TLC

We had a great week away with our family and extended family. The location is perfect in Golf-del-Sur, a short walk to the restaurants, bars and Hyperdino supermarket. The facilities in the kitchen were great & we had all the utensils/fridge & freezer space we needed. The layout of the villa is quite quirky. The pool area is lovely, gets the sun all day and had ample seating /sun bed space. The property overall is huge, we hired the full property including the 3 bed apartment, it could be absolutely fantastic but is in desperate need of some renovation and just a few more homely touches. There are a lot of broken & knocked around furniture, in one of the rooms the wardrobe had been built incorrectly & wasn’t functional. We are thankful we didn’t have to use the traditional annexe in all honesty as it smelt so strongly of sewage/drains and then we realised there was a manhole cover inside one of the cupboards in the living space. The space would be better used as a communal space/games room, it’s a huge space with so much potential and felt wasted with its current use. The space outside of the 3 bed apartment & barbecue area again could be fantastic but it was poorly lit, dirty & bags of broken glass inside the cupboards. I really do not like to complain at all and despite having quite a few bug bearers on the trip we did make the most of our stay. I think we just felt disappointed as it’s a fantastic property with so much potential & felt sad by how run down it has gotten.

Schöne Villa

Schöne Villa, sehr schön gelegen, mit leider irreführender Beschreibung, denn der Pool ist leider nicht beheizt und das Wasser mit ca. 16 Grad schon extrem kalt ! Auch die Flugzeuge, die direkt über der Villa im Landeanflug sind, kommen regelmäßig und stellenweise auch nachts ! Ansonsten bietet die Villa Platz für viele Personen und man kann es sich in verschiedenen Bereichen ( am Pool/am Grill ) gemütlich machen! Die Villa ist sauber, die Matratzen sind gemütlich und wir haben uns mit der Familie wohl gefühlt!

We had a great 10 days at the villa. It was very spacious with a good size pool. The villa its self could do with a bit of TLC but I think this is the case with most of them with the experience I've had. The area is quite but there are plenty restaurants and bars within walking distance. One thing I would mention is the tiles around the pool can be very slippery when wet so be careful. Also you are in the flight path so you do get the planes overhead but this didn't really bother us. Overall we had a great holiday like most thing its what you make of it.

Thoroughly enjoyable family holiday

We had a group of 9 adults staying for a week at this villa during an unprecedented heatwave/ windy week in July. The villa itself is extremely spacious, however the layout can seem a bit unconventional for some, but this is more than made up for by the sheer size of the accomodation and the incredible pool and outdoor area. Our only issue was the lack of air conditioning, which did mean the rooms were a bit toasty overnight, but we agreed that with fans (of which there were some already in the villa and others we brought after reading similar aircon-relsted reviews) and in not such unprecedented heat this would not normally be an issue. As other reviews have stated, this villa is on the flight path of incoming planes to Tenerife South Airport, and while the noise may cause issues for some, we had a blast watching the incoming planes and making games out of it. The area the villa is in is lovely, there are plenty of local bars and restaurants, and even more less than a 20 minute car journey away in either Las Americas or Costa Adeje. Carlos the manager was very easy to communicate with and sorted our requests promptly, and we had an absolutely brilliant holiday here.

Lovely spacious villa

Loads of space, brilliant big pool (could do with being heated but we just about managed) all the kitchen bits and bobs supplied. Main house was superb, pool house although designed to be a bit more rustic could do with a bit of a tidy up. Would definitely book again

Perfect Villa & location for large family with mixed ages and abilities

Couldn’t have asked for a better location and layout for 14 (+ 1 infant) family. We set the alarm off accidently on our first night and the owner couldn’t have been more understanding when they were contacted at 2am to disconnect it!! Cringe.... The Villa has a fantastic private, large swimming pool which was cleaned and maintained throughout our stay. The communal areas, inside and out, where large and spacious which allowed for time out for individuals. In our family we had all ages from 2-52 years old. Also mixed physical and learning disabilities within that age bracket. The locals and retailers in Golf de Sur, San Blas were extremely friendly and catered for our every need, with patience and kindness. The quality of food and service in the restaurants was next to none that we had experienced before. All were equally exceptional. However, I wish to give a special mention and thanks to the Punjabi restaurant Bombay Dreams, Orange Giraffe, Mr Cool’s hire shop and everyone else that made our holiday experience perfect. With such a large family, it wasn’t surprising one member took unwell and needed to contact the local medical centre for treatment (Golf Medical Center, San Blas). The standard of care they received was excellent, enhanced by the genuine compassion and empathy from both the nurse and the doctor. I could go on and on how amazing our time was here. Just a couple of hints – at least one member of group should rent a car, ask for more pillows, order air conditioning from Mr Cool before arrival. Loved every moment, unforgettable in every way. Thank you Jon 😊.

Large villa with all needs covered

The villa is huge with a large living area and pool and plenty of bedrooms. Good sized tv and large speaker which allows for listening to music throughout and at the pool.

The villa was superb

Ahuge but welcoming villa set in a fantastic location. Just far enough from the main town to be quiet, but not too far as it is only minutes walk away. The villa had every facility needed including a fabulous heated pool to ensure a wonderful family holiday. OK you can't hide the fact that the villa is on the flightpath but it didn't bother me and my grandson was fascinated with the planes. A big thank you to Lee who looked after us and was on point for any questions, no matter how stupid . And finally a thank you to the owners and home away for the use of the villa we had great holiday and would recommend home away to anyone looking for that special holiday.
