Rudest staff ever! We reported a broken elevator button right after check-in and the desk clerk told us it works- we just didn’t push it in the right spot or hard enough. When I asked her to please report to maintenance, she acknowledged they knew it was not working right and repairs were scheduled. After settling into room, we found the dead bolt in room did not work. When reported to this morning’s desk clerk, he said ‘okay’. Poorest customer service ever.

Mold by bathroom tub. Elevator 1st floor button didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t great. Location was the only thing good about this place.
