no hot water, bugs everywhere, cleaning staff was still there cleaning until well after check in time. tried to reason with the host however she was unwilling to even issue partial refund, despite checking out 3 days early.

The Oceanfront Villa in Amatecampo Beach was phenomenal. The host was extremely attentive from start to finish. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed utilizng the BBQ and private pool on our property. Our villa was very clean. The villa is near town if you wanted local food or souvenirs, but definitely stock up on groceries prior. We will definitely return.
